    Pros +

    • The lication
    • Location
    • The beds were really comfortable, and the overall vibe was fun.

    Cons -

    • The rooms are amazingly small, no closet, no drawers, no place to set your bags on less you put them on your bed. Very uncomfortable
    • I had to continuously have my key card changed. It literally took 7 times which was very frustrating when some of the times I wanted to just go to bed or eat. instead, I had to go all the way back to the front desk for a new key.
    • In the description of the hotel, I was told that I would get a view of the city. When I looked out my hotel room window, I was only able to see apartment buildings. I was hoping for some kind of view of either the Brooklyn Bridge or the Freedom Tower

    Location

No in-room coffee; lots of extra charges, some for things I didn?t want

The beds were really comfortable, and the overall vibe was fun.

Check-in area was quite cramped. As with most NYC hotels, the room was very small.

    Location

The elevator system is awful. We had to wait a long time just to get to our room. Also -no coffee until 7am???? Crazy. There should be coffee available for early risers in the hotel!!!

The front desk staff were friendly and helpful! The location was perfect!

Breakfast, functional and modern facilities, and super clean..

The shower was a little bit confusing, and sometimes, the hot water was not working properly.

    3KatinaPosted on: 2-18-2026

    Good location.

Our room was never cleaned. No trash emptied with the room being compact. We saw the cleaning lady at 5:00 she hadn’t got to our room said she coming back never returned. No new towels nothing.

Location in FiDi was great. So easy to go anywhere in city. Lobby bar was great, stopped in for a quick drink but staff was attentive.

Bed was so low. People smoking pot everywhere inside the whole entrance stunk. Crazy banging sounds all night, might have been the elevators, no one could tell us.

    Good

High price for a room that was priced ‘high floor’ and ‘city view’ while it was facing the building and not the view from 19th floor of the 29

    8TanyaPosted on: 2-17-2026

Loved the decor and general feel of the hotel. Retro/industrial vibe. DJ there at the weekend. Good breakfast and good location.

No tea/coffee facilities in the room. One evening we returned from a days sightseeing and wanted a tea and coffee but the bar staff said they couldn't make us one.

    10LisaPosted on: 2-13-2026

The location was great, very clean

The reception was a little small and busy, but the service was great

    10TjasaPosted on: 2-10-2026

Everything about my stay was perfect. Robby at the reception who hooked me up with the best view and the best room. Josh at the bar. And all other team members who were just absolutely amazing and extremely welcoming and polite. The location is great, everything is just there and in a walkable distance.

The staff are friendly and very helpful, and the location is great.

The parking lot that is affiliated with the hotel is more expensive if you pay through the hotel than if you pay directly to the parking lot.

    7KristenPosted on: 2-4-2026

Cool vibe and most of the staff was friendly

Elevators took forever, very crowded ground floor, street was not plowed properly and you could barely access the street, cramped room

    10EphonePosted on: 2-3-2026

very convenient location, beautiful city views, bathroom was lovely and the swinging chair was the cherry on top. it was my birthday and lovely staff had my room decorated upon arrival i nearly cried. they made me feel so special. it also had a half size basketball court… HELLO!

the elevators require your key card to access your floor. sometimes it wouldn’t work and end up frustrating especially when the elevator is full of people. other then that 20/10 stay!
