I had a phenomenal stay at this hotel! I booked to stay here on a whim to see the snowfall & chose the junior suite. Perfect room, great size and space and amenities. Loved it. So much that I extended my stay another 2 days. On the last day it was busy so I booked the regular queen studio room. Also a great room, but smaller and if possible I’d recommend the junior suite for the extra space it provides. But wait….this is where the story gets really good! The TV in my queen studio room wasn’t working & when I told the front desk they apologized immensely & offered to change my room. Here’s me thinking it would maybe get me bumped back to a junior suite if I was lucky.WELL! Turns out I was the luckiest person ever & they upgraded me to the PENTHOUSE SUITE!!!!This suite was like an apartment. I could’ve (and wanted to) live there forever. I literally didn’t stop smiling all night, it was such a wonderful surprise and experience! The MULTIPLE LOUNGE AND BATHROOMS (2 & 3 respectively), the master bath with HUGE TUB that could fit an entire FOOTBALL TEAM! The 100 foot ceilings and oh…yeah…did I mention…THE BALCONY!???? And this ain’t no Juliet baby balcony…this is a NEVERENDING balcony with lounge chairs to boot! A wet bar, FIREPLACE…it really was incredible. I can’t say enough nice things about Sixty LES. Huge shoutout to Carlos at the front desk for being the MAN! And Jimmy the manager for approving my upgrade. Now I’m gonna go buy a lottery ticket to test how lucky I really am

The location is perfect, with the F line right across the street, which we used for most of our exploring of the city. Amazing location for food and drink. Right around the corner from Katz's Deli and Russ and Daughters. Short walk to Apollo Bagels. Highly recommend Embriago Coffee to start your day, as they are open early. A fresh churro from El Churro was an excellent way to end the day. The room itself was perfect for our stay, and elevators were relatively quick in getting you there from the lobby. The room and bathroom were spotless. The front desk graciously held our bags after checkout on our final day as we continued exploring the city before our evening flight. We were initially booked for another property a few blocks away, but they cancelled our reservation last minute and we had to scramble for an alternate home base for our stay. I was apprehensive booking here given the ratings, but the poor ratings turned out to be baseless in my opinion, and I could not have asked for a better hotel for our needs. We will be back.

The sauna wasn't operational when we were there. The line for the club upstairs invaded the lobby a bit, but it really didn't impede getting to our room. The cleaning staff changed out towels when it wasn't necessary, but these are amazingly minor things that in no way adversely impacted our stay.

The staff were amazing, always smiling, helpful and polite. Jimmy at the reception was great. The rooms were spacious, very rare in NYC. Elevators are big and fast. Price was acceptable, location exceptional. Walking distance to Soho shopping and trendy restaurants. But if there is one thing that stands out it's the staff.

Location and atmosphere of restaurant and style.

The room features (primarily the drapes and window dressing) need repair/replacement. Overall it is apparent that a “facelift” is what the room could use.

Location is great. Also nice big rooms

The open bathroom is a real negative things. Also our room was on the 10th floor facing the back street, which is full of bars and clubs with music banging until very late - difficult to sleep

It’s a beautiful spacious perfectly located hotel. The rooms are large, the bathrooms are luxurious and all amenities are accounted for. I even had a huge soaking tub and terrace! The Blue Ribbon Izakaya was phenomenal and there is a lovely hang out spot on the second floor.

The elevators are maddening. They are sooooo slow and the call button frequently just goes dark for no reason so IF an elevator is on its way, it actually will skip your floor. The front desk staff were hit or miss. Some were warm and efficient while some were miserable - snappy, irritable, negative and gas lighting. Housekeeping and engineering were lovely and very helpful.
