    Pros +

    • staff was amazing and clean rooms !
    • Location is fantastic, in midtown Manhattan. Lobby is beautiful, albeit small. Rooms were clean, comfy beds and nice recently renovated bathrooms
    • Clean rooms and common areas. Quick and effortless check in.

    Cons -

    • i got charged for a bottle of water that said complimentary other than that nothing
    • Felt very understaffed - often had to wait to speak to receiption and for breakfast to be served (particularly on a day there seemed to be an external event being hosted but the same number of serving staff)Housekeeping often came late in the day (5-6pm) when we were preparing for the evening and so had to turn them away.Rooms were very cramped - a queen double only had room for 1 chair - not even enough space for the usual suitcase stand (let alone for all 4 of us)Communal spaces were very limited, and we were were turned away from the restaurant and bar on several occasions as they were booked by non guests.Air conditioning was so loud we couldn't keep it on at night. We paid more for a 'higher floor' expecting a bit of a view. Actually we were on 10 of 23 (apparently the higher floors start at 10) and only had a view of a very dark lightwell and adjacent buildings
    • Deposit is $100 per day

Great location and area. Front staff was exceptional. Rachel and Ronnie were fantastic. I was traveling solo and Rachel found out it was my birthday; she went above and beyond to make sure my stay was excellent. The staff had decorated my room and made me cry when I walked in :,) Rachel, you offer amazing energy and a smile, thank you! Ronnie helped check me in and was so kind. I got to chat with him during my stay and really enjoyed my time!

    Bedroom was small

Perfect location, staff were amazing and room was spotless.

There was 3 of us sharing (a four bed room) but everything was set up for two people - two bottles of water, two cups for coffee etc.

Unclear invoice, charged for additional things without explanation

Good location, new and good facilities, great restaurant and kind staff

The interior decor style is not my cup of tea but this is of course subjective - I don’t like the deep color scheme and the coach cover color, also don’t like that it doesn’t have a view. Also flush handle wasn’t functioning, but bathroom very new and nice.

Bad find another hotel staff is rude and don’t know what they’re doing

The front desk made a mistake and I was over charged $500 for my stay no apologies or accountability taken

Perfect location I think one of the best in New York City

The breakfast and food overall very limited, you will ask to pay every time on extra coffee, what is funny is Coffee is coming from coffee machine?, even bottle of water they charge you if your regular client

    Nothing I dislike everything

Very bad customer service in front desk. The room wasn’t comfortable at all it was very small and there’s spiders everywhere. The room was very dark the light was barely visible.

We really appreciated the cold water in the lobby all day, and there were several good quick-meal options near the hotel (which worked great when we had to make an early show on Broadway). The staff was very friendly and helpful too! Also, we REALLY enjoyed the queen sized beds- that was very important to me!

It was a bit of a walk to subways and to Broadway, but not terrible. We got our exercise!

The actual road was closed to us and the staff were not helpful guiding us to where and how to get access . Parking was more $ than we were told.Staff at desk nice . Room very small , no view , lighting was horrible and there were no towel racks in bathroom. So very disappointing overall

Add towel racks, much better lighting , electric socket by mirror . Ice bucketMore pillows m

The staff and location and the Terrace view were wonderful and the service is lovely.

    The hotel needs a renovation.

    Clean with comfortable beds

Paid for breakfast one morning it was expensive

    9TijjaniPosted on: 1-10-2026

Location is best in between 5th Avenue and Madison Avenue. Within walking distance to every where times square, Penn station, grand central and empire state building.

Room Lighting needs to be improved. The room is dark

    6MoradiPosted on: 1-3-2026

    Location and room size

Water was low flow and coldElevators were beyond slow

    4BrandiPosted on: 12-31-2025

    The location was good

Our room was horrible, it was like a dark dungeon, and the view was ridiculous… Too expensive to be staying in a room like that not to mention there were screaming kids and slamming doors all throughout the night. It was a horrible and it was our engagement.
