W New York - Union Square

Everything about this hotel is perfect! Location, cleanliness, room size, staff, etc... all exceptional!

Nothing!

the renovations were trendy but extremely dark in our room, even with the lights on. dark carpet dark wallpaper - too much black. we should?ve been told they were going through renovations. no lounge, place to eat or even just sit down. very disappointed

The impeccable service and excellent staff. Hotel in the middle of Union square. Spacious room (for NYC standards). Overall a great stay.

Location is excellent. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. It was almost instant responsiveness when I called front desk for something we needed. Rooms brand new and spacious. I don't think we will stay anywhere else.

There was some minor construction happening, but it did not really interfere with our stay. No noise issues whatsoever, just a small area of the hotel blocked off.

Great location, friendly staff, clean room. I relized after staying here that most hotels have annoying heating/cooling systems that go on and off all night. This hotel does not, just a quiet consistant white noise. Thumbs up.

Beautiful building, more space in my room than many New Yorkers have in their apartments. Great staff, easy walk to Tishman and Fotografiska.

They served coffee in the morning but did not have decaf coffee?

Location was excellent, staff was nice

We had issues at check-in as the second person's name was added to the room the night before, however this did not show up in their system, so she had to wait for about an hour before I was able to call (I was on a flight). Room was cold, esp in bathroom

It was a smaller more intimate and very personable hotel. The staff was friendly and extremely helpful in every way. The restaurant was excellent. The room was large and very comfortable. I felt secure also.

I loved this hotel and would make this a first choice coming to New York. The only very minor complaint I had was there was a bit of stain on the carpet and the woodwork around the bed was a little dusty.

big rooms, welcoming good service and they allowed a free 5pm late check out which was nice and helpfull.

lobby, to the extent there is one, small and not too welcoming, i like lobby service and atmosphere which was a bit missing to my taste.

Hotel was trendy, rooms were great, bathroom products excellent. The hotel bar was awesome with good drinks and a dollar oyster happy hour deal.

Staff was a little slow to bring things up after calling concierge.

In general, the staff was extremely friendly. However, the woman at the front desk who greeted us upon arrival seemed annoyed by our questions and was less than helpful.

Beds were exceptionally comfortable. Location is prime to Union Square Station. The Welcome cocktail was a lovely touch. Bar lounge is stunning with excellent cocktails, dj and vibe.

WiFi. Also missed having a large lobby -common space. In-room dining menu was not easily accessible.

We enjoyed everything about the property! This ideal location had great restaurants and shopping nearby. I highly recommend the Ocean restaurant for upscale dining (kid-friendly), and one of the largest Barnes & Noble locations is right around the corner next to a delicious chocolate shop with crepes and milkshakes. Plus the Seahorse restaurant was conveniently located inside the hotel and room service was excellent. We ordered breakfast daily! The staff were very attentive and extremely polite! The front desk, doormen, and concierge team. Thanks for all your help, Chloe! And I have to mention how well kept the rooms were during our stay. The cleaning staff went above and beyond to accommodate us with a daily turn down service, and fresh linens. We never felt rushed to leave our suite but we always returned to a clean, comfortable room. We were very impressed!

The hotel was beautiful, very clean, great products in the bathroom, very big rooms for our family of 4. The staff were outstanding, extremely helpful and friendly. Great location. Can’t wait to return!
