Modern appearance, unique glass in the rooms.

Staff was not truthful with room updates and just kept delaying check in, both days we stayed had "Emergency" construction and the noise was bad, bed was not comfortable at all (Four Seasons has spoiled us), lobby entrance and hotel layout was just odd.

Great Location great Spa and Fitness facility

The mattress was very uncomfortable. Linens were not comfortable either. Amenities were not for young guests. This was not advertised and I did not know until I got there.

High end, professional and friendly staff

Parking was expensive

The decor, the furniture, and the room fixtures all felt incredibly modern, well-designed, and clean. This met my expectations for a five-star hotel.

I was initially disappointed that most rooms did not have a tub, but the beautiful shower did not disappoint!

The service from staff at Electric Lemon was phenomenal! The good was hotel employee and excellent this was truly a relaxing home getaway from home!

The size of the rooms were so spacious lux and well appointed.

The only thing we didn't like was that the pool doesnt allow children at all. Most hotels will set aside a few hours a day for children to enjoy the amenity.

Location - perfect to train and shopping and our daughters apt easy to get uber/lyft - love love love it!

Breakfast was quality and the staff who delivered to our room were phenomenal! Room had a great view, and the layout is efficient. the black out shade was the best we ever experienced, and the robe/dental kits were such nice add ons!

Front desk had a slight air of arrogance, especially the person on evening shift. Room didn’t have a tub, and the gym was closed after 9!

We had a great time! Stylish and spacious rooms. Beds are super comfortable. Great location, Highline starts right from the hotel.

The best thing about the hotel was Tirone the concierge! He should be elected the best concierge of NYC! He gave us an amazing service and the difference was significant on his day off. We would also like to shout out to the housekeeping department who did an excellent job. The gym was great and the SpA, albeit it ludcirously overpriced, was seriously good. Both my husband and I had great massages and the SpA reception team was very efficient. You all contributed to raising the rating on my review. I would highly recommend both Gym and Spa

I give my rating based on price paid and stars of the hotel. This was definitely not worth the 5th star and would have been a good 4 star hotel at half the price we paid. The staff at reception was not responsive and did not solve any of the issues we raised or requested. They were not particularly friendly either. The breakfast was a sorry affair, we ended up having to cross the road and have breakfast at Cafés at the Hudson mall as the options at the Electric Lemon were so bad. Generally the food offered was below par with extremely limited options, and the service was excrutiangly slow. This was the only option for food/breakfast in tlhe hotel. At 1400 USD a night (without breakfast!) I definitely would have expected at least a category standard. The room was small with the tiniest bathroom and though I cannot say it was a bad room, it felt squalid. I would have rated it a good 4**** but definitely missing the umph of the 5*****.

It was very clean & the staff were extremely polite.

The one night I wanted to go to the bar/restaurant, it was suddenly closed. Not sure why.

the attention given to my puppy, the spacious rooms, the room service was amazing one of the best food and drinks I have had and the location is perfect.

Location was Great. Beautiful room bathroom. Exceptional houskeeping and suportive services

The only bar and Restaurant at the hotel were closed Saturday night for a private event which was inconvinient for the guests.

Luxury and location

There were some remedial works going when I got there so the sound of jackhammers for 2 hours reverberating throughout the room was disappointing as was only staying one night

The decor, ambiance, bedding, gym, location, Starbucks below…. Just everything was lovely!

Pricey

Great location, new facility, and great gym. Spacious rooms. Very comfortable mattress. New facilities-

Terrible customer service at check in. We had reserved a river view room and were given a city view room upon check in, even if the employee at checking had stated that it was a corner river view room. It was not and when I pointed that out, I was told that the hotel called it a corner room, even if it was not! Booking contacted the hotel to point out that they were supposed to have a river view room to no avail. Eventually they admitted that they had none left. The day after we were moved to a river view suite by a much more nice client relationship manager. Yet, the lack of professionalism of the front desk employees and manager during the night shift when we checked in was absolutely appalling.

Great exercise facility and very friendly and helpful staff. Very modern, clean and very comfortable room with a huge shower. Lots of things to do in a short walking distance.
