Concorde Hotel New York

It was just fabulous -- so clean and everyone was so friendly and helpful -

the price to park the car overnight was a little steep --I realize it's NYC but it would be nice if it was a little less --

I could hear everything in the hall and everyone in the room next door. (No sound barrier)

I liked that this is a small boutique hotel. I didn?t have to wait for elevators.

Needs to offer more amenities to justify the daily resort fee.

Very comfortable bed, good pillows, everything seemed brand new. Very friendly staff

Towels should be softer

The location is awesome, you're a few blocks away from Multiple train lines. It's also walking distance to Central Park and zoo. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. The view was beautiful and room was clean and spacious. Breakfast is awesome.

The only thing that got in the way was the size of the shower. It's really tight, I could barley move in there. The shower head was way to big for such a small shower, water gets every if the door is open. Maybe get rid of the tub and expand a bit.

The doorman was absolutely incredible and the Junior suite was spacious. The bed and pillows were very comfortable.

Very loud construction next door right outside our window. Long waits for the elevator at times. Slow draining sink, and headboard in state of disrepair. Not an excellent value for the considerable price.

Clean, convenient, quiet. Lovely renovated rooms and bathrooms.

Rooms larger than typical for NYC Bathroom was spacious Food service by independent Cafe Bonsaii was excellent; we usually try to avoid hotel restaurants, but Bonsaii did nice breakfast and excellent wine and tapas in the evening

Size of hotel strains elevator capacity

Size, location, breakfast restaurant, pleasant front desk staff, view from the room, nice business center.

Lighting control switches, no working electrical outlet near the coffee table. Not all housekeeping staff were not up to the job.

Great business center with coffee machine,¿ Great location. Extremely clean rooms and bathroom. Only 2 elevators for 36 stories building but was not an issue when I stayed there. Rooms are small but quite functional.

The room was very spacious and clean with a spectacular view

There were a few things I did not like about this hotel. The staff was not the warmest. They also charged for tidying service which I did not receive. After a long day of organizing my mothers funeral service I came back to an unmade bed and no new towels

Super clean and nicely renovated. Great location for anyone looking to walk to nearby hotspots and close to subway for farther points.

Lack of microwave in the room. Loved the mini fridge but would¿ve like a microwave, too. Minor inconvenience though.

Friendly staff clean nice size room for NYC

One bellman at night didn¿t say hello or offer to open door for us all others were great just that person who was there on Friday night.

Loved this hotel. Staff we able to answer all our questions. Room was great. Beautiful bathroom One thing could have been better. A smart TV where I can see Netflix.

The TV. No guide and not a smart TV. Having even a small breakfast available with out having to purchase breakfast.

New and clean! Best room I've ever had in Midtown for this price.

Only one elevator was working.

The room was clean and updated. The restroom had a shower and tub - It was nice. But SMALL. Okay for just one traveling alone, but it is what they call the "storage unit", so imagine how small it is. It is the size of an average room at home.

They are currently renovating the lobby. I was not sure if there was even more to the hotel beside the front desk. Not a hotel if you want to go grab a drink at your hotel bar or anything like that. Restaurants are down the street but very local.
