Roxy Hotel New York

The room was a great size. I liked the location to places in NYC.

Yes, the live music. Due to the layout of the hotel, you hear the music all night long. We were on the third floor and the music was so loud, it was as if the band was in your room. I was disappointed.

This was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. The room was absolutely disgusting. There was dust everywhere. It was dark and uncomfortable. We felt like we were in a prison cell. There was ongoing construction as well.

The variety of things to be done within the hotel.

Lower level rooms could have noise problems. White noise machine in room was helpful.

Besides all of the above, it¿s a very fun place to stay. Lots of jazz music daily, both in the bar and the downstairs jazz club. Plus a movie theater! Had a blast

The staff were very welcoming, especially Chanel It was very nice to stay in this hotel + we loved the dinner and the music We really enjoyed it

The general ambiance was great. We loved the jazz bar, coffee shop, and upstairs bar. The movie theater is a cute touch.

Cleanliness, style, staff, and location.

Room service took awhile at times and I had to make couple of requests for extra glasses of water but still good.

Front desk staff

The food service both in the restaurant and room service was neither friendly or did they have follow through. At one point they said they would call us back and never did. In the Restaurant my silverware arrived after my food. they were not that busy.

Location is very central for lower Manhattan

A bit dated and decor is a bit tacky

Check-in Staff Gave No Information About Hotel, Features, etc. Cheap, Made in China, Soap & Shampoo not acceptable for hotel of this star level Feels more like a 3.5 to 4.0 Star Hotel

Great hotel in an awesome location. It's within walking distance to everything downtown. They have an amazing brunch and the rooms where so cool!

Champagne at check in, beautiful space, courteous front desk staff.

Noise from restaurant could be heard in room, sat in bar area but no one came to take our prefer, eventually left and ordered room service.

Hotel is now my favorite in Manhattan.....great location, wonderful staff without exception. Rooms were a nice size, with plenty of room for my daughter and me. Bar/jazz lounge was lots of fun in the evenings. I will definitely stay at The Roxy again!

The location is amazing. Our bed was super comfortable and the bathroom was large. We realized my husband left his wedding ring when we were at the airport and the staff immediately found it and FedExed it our way. I was so pleased with The hotel employee!

The location was perfect, the decor was amazing, and the staff was attentive and super nice and helpful.

Two things. One, there was construction going on, so I had a very noisy room. But they moved me to a second room above the construction and it was very quiet. Second, the chairs in the room are a little small. I'd have liked for them to be bigger.

Great Tribeca location near subway. Excellent music on-site, especially in The Django jazz club on the basement level. Lobby leads to dramatic open space eight-stories high. Bed very comfortable, room clean with classy appointments.

I was on 8th (top) floor and had some trouble getting hot H2O. Also: furnace went haywire at 3 am (90 degrees in the rm) and had to move to another rm in the middle of the nite. We were comped an excellent brkfst & bigger bed. Very professional staff.

This hotel is very, very noisy, the music from the bar is very loud but also from the other room. We did not have any water for almost one day. At that price, it is unacceptable.

doorman was friendly, i liked the lobby.

bathroom was not clean looking. Heat would not lower.it was extremely hot in the room.
