AC Hotel New York Times Square

Location for walking

Due to location it was pretty loud- the outdoor noise. But also very loud in hallways, and elevators dinging when we tried to sleep

The staff was super friendly and helpful. The doorman were super nice and accommodating.

I didn't like that there was no room service, but we made do with the options that were close by.

Just the accommodation to any problem i had. The staff was very helpful and nice. This is my second time coming to this hotel. I will be coming to this hotel a lot more often. Whenever I come to New York!!?

The vibe was nice and the staff friendly and accommodating. Checking in and out was a breeze. Upgraded my room after first room was next to the elevator. Good tapas restaurant on site that serves breakfast as well. Great bagels next door. Great location.

The concierge met us when we came thru the door & while we were checking in gave us some great places & restaurants that were kid friendly. The room was clean & quiet & the location was perfect. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The hotel was in a great central location near Times Square. The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was very clean, and it was reasonably priced for NYC. I¿d stay here again in a New York minute!

LOCATION. Very close to several subways, walkable to everything in Times Square/Theater District, tons of restaurants nearby. Super hot water for shower, small fridge and free bottled water. Felt safe traveling as a single parent with a child.

Bed comfort/pillows were average. While this is a non-smoking hotel, several guests on our floor were smoking marijuana which the sent/smoke filled the hallway, but within our room it was fine.

Every staff member I met was very pleasant. I think the complimentary water was a great touch. The fridge in the room was amazing¿ not all hotels in nyc provide this. Room was spacious and very clean! Comfy bed and pillows.

It was super clean. They give out water at the front desk. Nice little perk. Loved the little fridge- worked great.

There is only ice on certain floors. I like to have ice throughout the day/night. Ice machines either didn¿t work or we didn¿t know how to use them. I asked for ice & no one brought it. 4p check in is late and 11a check out is early. Not getting $¿s wo

Yes - arrived expecting a late dinner - had not eaten - and the restaurant had just closed. At 11pm IN NEW YORK ON A SATURDAY! We were able to grab 1 drink before the bar closed at 11:30.And rooftop bar was closing TOO!!! So DISAPPOINTED and HUNGRY!

Excellent staff led by Chanel. Reehan and Josh were very personable and helpful. Staff greeted you as you entered and departed.

AC blows directly on bed; no way to avoid airflow. NOISY hallway doors opening and closing, especially in the morning. Scant storage. Nowhere to place damp towels to dry in bathroom. At least 2-3 hooks NEEDED! Closet is too narrow and I was one person!

The location of this hotel was perfect. We were about 3 blocks from the theater, and also close to the Empire State Building. Getting to other areas of the city were easy to do by subway. The subway stop was very close to this hotel.

The front staff are very rude. 90% of the time- the lobby smelled like armpit sweat. The rooms are very small. The rooms need more maintenance ASAP. I asked to be moved to a lower floor are the receptionist gave an attitude will not be coming back

The hotel was clean and quiet for NYC Times Square area. Staff were professional and appreciated our business.

The pictures of the hotel show a beautiful balcony/bar area; I would like to have seen it and relaxed there for a bit but the hours were very limited.

We had to secure this room last minute due to a flight cancelation. The hotel and room were very clean, great ambiance and the staff were all friendly. In the heart of Times Square so it is close to everything. And the price was better than most!
