The rooms are tiny and very dark. For the price there should at least be somewhere to set your luggage.

Convenient to midtown

Overpriced for the quality. The beds and amenities are not good whatsoever. The walls and doors are super thin, you can hear all the noises from the lobby. The staff is helpful resolving issues, but the facility itself has a lot of issues:

Bed in the room. As we are an older couple the bed was too low to the ground and hard for us to get in & out. Bathroom door. The only good thing was there was a door. Location. Construction which made it hard to get uber driver. Not what we expected.

Hotel room was small, dark, and the floor was dirty. Not enough lights in the room. The front desk receptionist hung up on me multiple times when I tried to get the address for the hotel parking lot. They also add in extra fees without prior notification.

I appreciate a hotel with update facilities, chic accommodations, close to all the sites and things I want to do during my stay. Hotel Hendricks exceeded my expectations and I would definitely stay here again!

Small room and poor management. We had at 4 am a fire alarm and had to evacuate the entire building (25 floors), no one to manage the flow and big mess to come back inside (2 hours queue) when the building has been checked. The alarm has been activated by “accident” at 4 am, no communication to all guests and no compensation.

The entire hotel was very clean, rooms are very stylish and beautiful including the bathroom, restaurant and rooftop were really great and the view amazing and the location is very convenient.

Pillows are a little bit uncomfortable.

Tiny, beat up room on the 22nd floor. Not even a proper place to hang clothing and set up a suitcase; and i could hear every guest taking showers. I asked for a room w/a view and was refused although rooms were available.

The location is wonderful, and the property is very beautiful and cozy.

The rooms were very small and although I booked a queen sized bed, it seemed to be more of a full sized bed. The bathroom doors close very hard and are heavy to open. I booked a room with empire state view and was not super impressed by my view. I had to squat down just to see it out of the window lol.
