The service at the hotel is impeccable. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They even make the room every day, a rarity in the post-Covid landscape. The upstairs bar is very nice.

Even our deluxe queen room was smallish, and our room had a window facing a wall of the next building about 6 feet away. You are forced to keep the curtains drawn for privacy.

The hotel is small & mighty. Very clean. The bed was extremely comfortable. Amazingly friendly staff. Very well located since we wanted to be convenient to the PATH train for NY RedBulls and subway for Yankee Stadium for NYCFC and Times Square for plays.

The location was perfect for us. Our room was large and very clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We even met the owner, and he gave us a tour of the hotel.

I have stayed here a number of times and it is always great service and quiet.

The only issue with the hotel is in all the time I have never been able to check in early and sometimes it is questionable if room is ready at check in time.

I love the aroma scent of a spa in the lobby, the refreshments, the showerheads, the personalized tablet to use , the robe and slippers, and that it is close to the subway and the financial district .

I could not get the wifi to connect and I followed the instructions to enter my last name and room number for my password. I didn¿t like the separate fee of $16 per night for the refreshments.

Top notch staff and a clean room. The staff really made it the best experience.

The rooms are on the smaller side, but that¿s prob just nyc.

Cannot sing the praises enough about this hotel. Staff was so incredibly helpful, friendly, and welcoming. The room was insanely clean. Probably THE cleanest hotel I have ever stayed in. Great location with subway station literally at the end of the block

Was told that water and snacks were free but was charged.

Great hotel, great staff, clean rooms and outstanding location. Once you learn the subways systems, just cannot get any easier traveling throughout the city. The Staff was great!

The staff called me and accused me of smoking in my room i don¿t smoke and the room they gave me was on the second floor were there offices are it was super loud all day

The staff was the best! We arrived after midnight and Francisco directed us to parking ¿ we were completely unfamiliar with the neighborhood - and took our bags in while we parked. The clerks both p.m. and a.m. were efficient and super nice. Great people

It was the wrong location for us based on where we needed to be in the city. Street parking was full and the neighborhood parking garages were too damn expensive. Had we not driven, it would have been fine. We liked everything else.

It is always such a treat to stay here. Everything is wonderful,the room, the location, the Nespresso, the snacks, the water, the towels, the temperature control, the drapes and above all the staff.

There are a variety of rooms, so pick the one that suits you.

This is a very comfortable and well run hotel. Its very best feature is its staff, who are unfailingly friendly and helpful. I have stayed here before and it continues to be a good experience.

Unclear how this hotel could score such a high rating. A small dark room with dated furniture and an old carpet. No foyer to talk about. Better off getting a discount updated hotel.
