- Easy parking on the street or the next street over. Clean room, great A/C. Walk to the metro was reasonable. For a NYC hotel room, there was enough space for 4 of us-2 teens and 2 adults. Not a lot of space, but it was fine as we spent little time in room

- Subway was too far to travel with luggage. Subway route could not deliver me to Amtrack station.
- There were flies in the room and you can hear noise when others check out. It is a brown stone turned into a hotel.
- Door lock didn't work properly but the manager took our concern seriously and gave us a discount on our room.

For me it was just a place to sleep for the night. For my purposes it was affordable, quiet, comfortable, and convenient. Staff was friendly as well. Perfect place for what you pay for.

It had what I needed .. A clean room .. Clean sheets .. It's rather new so that's a plus.. Cable .. And a little fridge..
The room was small ... And the door to the bathroom wouldn't lock .. But I don't knock it .. For the price it was really good .. Wasn't expecting it to look this good out in Harlem.
