    Pros +

    • The view from the corner room was amazing, if you want to be surrounded by the tall NYC sky scrapers.
    • Location was wonderful. Being NYC, I was expected loud traffic noises during the night, but our room was quiet. Staff was very helpful.
    • Propre, moderne, calme

    Cons -

    • The city view advertised and I paid additional for, it is not what I received.
    • It just didnt seem 4 stars in several ways. They also said our 2 rooms would be near each other and on the same floor (we had one room for adults, one for the kids) and they were on separate floors. Its also really far from all the things.
    • Having 4 elevators was nice to service that many floors and rooms; however, on the first floor it was difficult to get to the far left or right elevators in time before the door closed when you requested an elevator.

Good vibe and very nice staff.

The room was small and a lot of waiting for the elevators.

The property was very nice and super cleaned which I enjoyed

My only complaint was the elevators take a while and sometimes were down very often, but I understand things like that happen, other than that very clean very nice & very friendly staff

Location was great right next to 9/11 memorial. Mortons steakhouse, NOBU, 30 min walk to China Town.

Elevator system was down on multiple occasions. They had 4 but only 2 were working. This hotel had 20 plus floors and I eventually had to use the stairs more than I would have liked.

    Will never ever get a...

No body lotion, no conditioner, holes in bed sheets, no phone to call the reception, no laundry service, broken elevator

    Very beautiful Hotel. Locationnis great

My air pods have been stolen in the room. I can still see it traveling from Queens to the Hotel every day. The staff does not want to help and told me ridiculous lies. They did not answer to my messages as I told them that I can see my AirPods. They did not forward my message to the GM, even I asked for. I assume it was stolen by a staff member! Shane on them. I will never stay there in future. I only will come to. The hotel with the police and pick up my air pods from the thief. Will be soon!

    Great location, staff and cleanliness

3/4 elvators were broken so i had to wait a bit to get to my room a couple of times but it happened during the weekend and they got serviced on the monday.

Location. Next to World Trade Center and Financial District

Elevators were not working for our entire stay! Water faucet in bathroom is so darn close to the counter, it made it impossible to wash my hands!

Clean and pretty spacious room. Excellent location

The elevators.... 2 out of 4 working and at one point only 1 out of 4.... the wait was even 20min....

    Perfect location

Price, some of the staff (Ms. BJ told us there was no possibility for a late check out even at half price due to President day and said only option was for a full extra day at 299 but managed to book the next morning the same room for 180. On the contrary Mr. Carlos was more than helpful assuring us we would keep the same room :)

The hotel was in a very convenient location, and very clean!! Convenient bar as well.

Elevators not all working, by the last day they had only one working.

    1RobertsonPosted on: 2-16-2026

The only positive about this hotel is that the bar on the 6th floor was nice.

Two of the four elevators were not working on the day we arrived. The front desk staff checked guests in extremely slowly, which caused the main lobby to become overcrowded for a long period of time. When we finally got to our room, it was not as clean as it should have been.On the day of checkout, only one elevator was working, and many guests were leaving at the same time. We waited over an hour for the elevator, but it was constantly packed, and we couldn’t get on. As a result, we had to carry our extremely heavy luggage and personal belongings down eight flights of stairs. There were no clear exit signs, and the stairwell we used led outside instead of to the lobby. We then had to carry our heavy bags back up the stairs to find the correct exit to the main lobby.I spoke with “BP” at the front desk and explained my experience. The only response I received was a brief apology and an offer of a bottle of water. Considering everything we went through—especially with my bad knee and being essentially forced to take the stairs because the elevators were consistently full—this response felt dismissive and inadequate. BP stated she was the manager, but her response did not reflect professionalism or genuine concern for guest satisfaction. If this is how management handles serious guest concerns, the hotel should strongly consider additional training or reevaluating leadership.

The location of was excellent and a quick walk to a lot of places in New York.

I believe I saw there was complimentary breakfast but the cafe on the bottom floor said no.

    9LisaPosted on: 2-15-2026

    Loved the location.

Elevators, only 2 of the 4 were operating; but very slowly. Many times I had to work for 3-4 cars.

Loved the location, and the cleanliness and overall experience of the nice hotel. Bonus for them actually being able to get us into our room before our check in!

The elevators weren’t working and took way too long, we had construction right next to our room one day without being told so.

    9DonnPosted on: 2-10-2026

Property was very nice. Small rooms as expected for an NYC hotel but the staff was lovely and the rooms were clean and beds comfortable. Loved the bar on the 6th floor.

Our room view was of the side alley full of trash.
