The hotel is praised for its beautiful shower and washroom facilities, clean and spacious rooms, and comfortable beds, ensuring a pleasant stay. Guests particularly enjoyed the delicious breakfast with healthy options and the friendly, efficient staff that contributed to a welcoming atmosphere. While some noted a lack of amenities such as a gym or drinking water in the rooms, the hotel's excellent location near attractions and restaurants, combined with its good value for money, enhances the overall experience.

Location is great next to main subway lines, restaurants, coffee shops. Easy to move to Brooklyn and Newark

Lobby extremely crowded all the time, staff just don’t have capacity AC at the room made so much noise we just couldn’t use it

Good location. Clean facilities. Friendly and polite staff.

There was a small leak in the bathroom. Though I brought it up to front desk and they said it would be fixed it never was.

Very quiet and a great location. I just got off a cruise and the room was equally comfortable and staff was very helpful!!

Great location and good service. Very comfortable and quiet room.

The air conditioning/heating made the air really dry which made sleeping a bit uncomfortable.

The price–performance ratio is unbeatable, the hotel is beautiful, and the location is fantastic—right next to the Trade Center monument with a wonderful view of a Greek Orthodox church. The rooms were clean and the rooftop area was lovely. Breakfast was delicious, with a great menu and plenty of healthy options for everyone. The only real issue was the service at breakfast: it was often slow because the hotel is clearly understaffed, which points to a management problem rather than the staff themselves. The employees were very friendly and visibly doing their best despite the pressure. Overall, it’s a great hotel and we would happily return.

Our overall impression of the hotel was great! The hotel is nice and well-maintained. The staff members were very polite, friendly, and quite helpful. When we discovered that the iron in our room wasn’t working, we asked for a replacement at the reception desk, and a new one was delivered to our room within 10 minutes — impressively fast service, in my opinion! The location is superb - close to the WTC and the 9/11 memorial. Several metro lines are nearby, stunning views of Lower Manhattan, the Brooklyn Bridge is within walking distance. Asking for a room with a view is completely worth it. We didn’t try the hotel’s restaurant, but there are plenty of breakfast spots and cafés in the area.

We stayed for three nights and received a nice cleaning service after the first night, but nobody came after the second night, as far as we could tell. It didn’t bother us much since the towels and bedsheets were still clean, but we think it’s worth mentioning. Apart from that, we didn’t have any other negative experiences with the hotel — only positive ones!

Comfortable bed, spacious room

No conditioner, no gym, random cleaning carts left in the hallway at all hours, no charm

The hotel is really great value for money considering the prime location. It has a really nice bar with a pretty good view and staff was really nice and accommodating with storing our luggage before and after checking in. The manager was very nice and even gave us drinking vouchers for our 10 year anniversary!

The AC unit was INCREDIBLY noisy. It was one of those older units that looks like a radiator, and it would turn on and off all night with a horrendous engine noise. It was quite hot the first few days so we needed it on, but we realised leaving the windows open is probably both more efficient for cooling and less noisy.I also would've preferred if the shower wasn't just rainfall and had an actual showerhead.
