Location, aesthetic, staff

The Family Loft is just two adjoining rooms, not a “loft.” The pictures and description led me to believe I was paying the kind of money I was (almost $---) for a much for spacious and well thought out place.

The hotel was perfect. The front desk was helpful, friendly, and welcoming.

The bathroom locks were actually horrible. Cool idea.?not great experience.

This hotel is in an excellent location, the staff are welcoming and always helpful. The rooms are clean and comfortable!

Parking options are very limited in the neighborhood.

The two night host didn?t tell me how to get into a garage they just gave me the paper saying location. Even after I said it was closed w gates they didn?t tell me I had to call attendant using a button on wall I couldn?t see w night and some rain. I left

The staff was super pleasant and helpful.

Bed wasn't that comfortable, pillows were too stiff and long. No surface in the bathroom to place cosmetics, etc. Hated the frosted glass in between the bedroom and bathroom - light was too bright at night.

Super convenient location to where I needed to be.

Miniature bathroom, some dirty brown grout lines in the shower, no tub, and the pillows -all of them - smelled like my uncle had been sleeping on them for 20 years. It was not fresh. The room was small and tired.

Location was great and the room was nice sized. Having complementary water was nice as well.

The restaurant wasn¿t great, the waitress kept disappearing, we had to ask another server to take our meal order, and we had to ask several times for items already ordered.

Charged a 40$ facility fee at check in despite prepaying for advertised rate plus taxes.

I greatly appreciated the hotel's prime proximity to Times Square and its welcoming staff, among other positive aspects.

I didn't like that the hotel was not clean, the bathroom door lock was broken and couldn't be fixed, there was no microwave, breakfast wasn't included, and there was no parking.

The decor and vibe was amazing

The hallway and the room had a stuffy smell which prompted me to buy my own fragrance plug-in

Staff at the front desk was amazing ! He made our stay fabulous.

The room was not like the picture but it was fine for our needs .

Location was good. Room was clean but small.

When I tried to check in they did not have my reservation information in time so I couldn't get my room and shower before meeting friends for dinner, all they would do is take my bags. I really wanted to clean and freshen up before going out.

not really.. just wish the hotel offered a variety of soft drinks ie: pepsi, sprite, dr pepper

Efficient and helpful staff, clean and modern rooms

The daily fee of $100 is higher than expectation.

the room they put us in was very smaller, we were near the fire stairs, the bathroom took up half the square footage of the room, the bed seemed smaller than a queen (we have a queen at home so we know what that size is like)
