The cafe and staff at the cafe were great!

The first room assigned to me had water that flowed out of two shower heads at the same time; out of control. The water overflows out of the shower. The next room had stained and ripped towels. My back hurt from sleeping in the bed.

Staff, location and not many hotels offer microwave and fridge in their rooms

The only issue I had was with the curtains, you couldn’t close them fully.

The location, the gym, the ability to order food if needed, and the convience of everything in the hotel.

The way the door locked made me feel unsafe. Also the piece that you flipped up was loose so that did not improve me feeling safe.

The location is a wonderful spot Quiet and accessibility to many options of public transportation

The rooms are very small even if you have a King size bed. Coffee in the room is bad.

The rooms are spacious and very clean. The staff was efficient, helpful, and so very nice! I would highly recommend this place.

It's a little far from the center of the city.

the front desk was very professional, helpful and took good care of my daughter and me during our stay! He represented the hotel well.

There was mildew on the ceiling in the shower, as well as on the floor at the base of the shower. The bathroom door was dirty when closed, appearing to not have been wiped off between guests. We did not get the proper towels for each of us daily.

Location was perfect and the staff were extremely kind and very helpful with all of my questions and requests. They are the biggest reason I would choose this hotel to return to and stay at.

Location was perfect - right beside the Staten Island ferry, and subway station. and close to plenty of restaurants and coffee shops. Temperature in bedroom was easy to adjust. Quiet, comfortable room.

Bar was a bit soulless.

Breakfast was closed due to kitchen being closed, so no food for entire of stay, wouldn’t refund us so had to get in touch with booking.com and booking.com had to refund part as hotel refused an agreement with booking.com.Also there was a glitch in the system and took £372 which it shouldn’t and was taken on the 3rd and was only received back on the 13th when we had left on the 7th. Disappointing this happened, manager was helpful but only after I had to ask numerous times to speak to manager as staff were saying it was because we needed to pay for our stay even though I had shown numerous times we had paid in advanced, very stressful but luckily manager sorted the issue but unfortunately money only came paid to us after we had left our trip.

1.The deposit was refunded very quickly.2. The location is quite good. The water-view rooms do offer a view of the water, which is better than nothing at all.

1.After arriving at the hotel, the front desk informed me that only rooms on the 16th floor were available. It seems that other guests arrived earlier and chose the higher floors. I had filled in a note when making the reservation a week in advance, but it was of no use. Moreover, I couldn't find out in any way in advance which floor I would be staying on; I could only ask at the front desk upon arrival. Since I could lock in a specific room when making the reservation, why couldn't I also lock in a specific floor? Despite this, the attitude of the front desk staff was still very good. 2.There are inexplicable stains on the bath towels and hand towels that no one has touched. And also stains on the quilt. The curtains are a bit short and light leaks from the bottom.3. The room is quite small. Perhaps influenced by the festival, paying 200 dollar per night is not really worth it.4. There is a strong smell inside the refrigerator. As soon as you open it, the smell can be detected throughout the entire room.

There was no food available at the hotel because the kitchen was inoperable. I felt this should have been mentioned so I could have had the option of staying elsewhere. Because I am diabetic, it is one of the reasons I chose this location so I could have immediate access to foodstuffs. I did not like my bathroom door because the door would not stay closed. So, when someone visited my room, they had to hold the door so it wouldn’t open while using the restroom.
