    Pros +

    • We loved our stay. Bathroom was over the top and bedding superb. Beautifully appointed and attention to detail.
    • The reason we booked the hotel was for the bathroom and the soaking tub.
    • This place is so nice. The room was clean and modern and cool, the staff was friendly and chill, and there's enough space down the block to load and unload.

    Cons -

    • Only two elevators for guests and cleaning staff. Long wait times. Also if you¿re staying for more than 3 days there is no dresser or place to unpack your clothes, Only tiny mini bar closet.
    • The bed was wildly uncomfortable as well as the pillows.
    • If only there was internet on the tv so i could steam movies, but having a few movie channels made up for it

    Beautiful decor and clean.

The room I originally booked was much smaller than I realized and upon arrival I paid extra to upgrade my room.

I've never written an online review before - this hotel exceeded alll expectations based on what I saw and read on their website. It's a beautiful site, right in the middle of everything on the lower east side, and the staff are truly outstanding.

Loved the location, style, and ambiance. Highly recommend this hotel.

Initially when I checked in, the front desk girl wasn’t very nice. Thereafter, everyone else was nice.

Amazing hotel on a fantastic street. The staff was friendly and helpful. The decor was perfect.

The rooms at the Ludlow were very large for New York standards and nicely furnished. The rooftop seats were a plus to experience the skyline. The hotel staff were phenomenal!

Professional staff, furnishings, cleanliness, safety, location

At price paid, thought breakfast was included but it was not. Also the room, which had a great view looking east was so small that there was no place to set a suitcase or open it. Closet was in a difficult location and impossible to use.

Decor, amenities, staff responsiveness. Proximity to subway.

First suite had an unusually noisy air conditioner but staff very responsive at relocating us without any hassles.

great location! friendly staff. Not really a hotel for kids.

The restaurant was closed for a private event one evening and their free breakfast menu options were not explained very well.

It was a great stay. We even got a complimentary upgrade, which was a nice surprise. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, and the room was clean with an amazing view. The only thing I wish they had was a spa, but for what it is, it was excellent. I would definitely stay again.

I wish they had a spa, but besides that it was an amazing stay with incredible views. The elevators also took a while to go up and down, though overall it was still a great experience. Thank you for it!
