Executive Class at MTS Hotel

The location

The staff was extremely rude, except for the manager. I had someone try to enter my room while I was in the shower, and fortunately, I had the latch latched, so they could not get in.

Location We were put on the 18th floor which had a direct elevator. Truly this was a nice feature.

The window blind did not work. We were dealing with night lights from the outside. The AC did not work well. The room never cooled down. We had to order a fan to help to sleep.

Location

Staff were basically rude and not helpful. They were not willing to help us when there was an scheduling error. The manager was the worst one. She was not willing to help and just had a bad attitude.

Location, garage, spacious bedroom

Poor Wifi, dirty carpet (i would not walk barefoot on it!!!), the sink was not draining.

The location. Right in the heart of Midtown. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and spacious. Free parking in the garage next door (for the length of the stay)

Hotel had not switched over from heat to air conditioning so the room was hot when we first got there. They did open our windows and bring us complimentary fans which helped

Location was great! The guy who gave us our "breakfast" was also really friendly.

Our 2* hotel in Maine was far superior to this "4*" hotel. The bathroom door wouldn't stay shut. There was a constant and loud pulsating humming noise that never stopped. One of the front desk personnel gave us the wrong kind of keys and then was so rude.

Location.

It could not cool down the rooms, as it does not have a functioning air conditioner. My room was 78 degrees when I arrived, and I had to open a window all night and could not sleep because of the loud city noise. Horrible experience.

The location was perfect for what we wanted.

Parking

The location.

There was construction on the floor above us as well as on our floor. No notifications about this. The breakfast which I paid extra for was awful, a piece of fruit, a small drink, and a stale muffin, all of this dropped in a paper bag, I was expected to sit in the very shabby lobby and eat with that breakfast on my lap!! I would never stay here again and will discourage anyone I know to not stay here as well!

Tv in room didn’t work. They said they would have it fixed, they didn’t. Front desk was swamped with complaints from so many people, we couldn’t reach them by phone or in person (line was always too long). Had to look for a housekeeping cart to swipe toilet paper.

the common space and room was dirty, rundown and dated.

I picked it because it was across the street from the Back to the Future The Musical. Room was comfortable for what we needed. It was quiet which was a bonus.

Breakfast bar could've been better

I was so pleasantly surprised by this hotel! The staff was wonderfully attentive and thoughtful, the rooms were clean and efficient, and the bed was so comfortable (I spelt great)! Great location, too! Very comfortable, great shower, especially coming in after a late fun night. Very relaxing and private.

The only thing I liked was the spacious bathroom and the view through the window

I didn't like that the window curtain didn't work, that's rubbish and the carpet was very dirty ☹️The breakfast is a lie, it does not exist, they only give you 1 glass of coffee and 1 bread. The price of the hotel is very expensive for what I received…

All of the hotel lobby employees were so helpful and nice...Location ! The food trucks outside had delicious food.

The long line for a light breakfast at the stone street cafe ,no microwave and mini fridge in the room.

Breakfast. Breakfast was included in our package. But when we went for breakfast, they had nothing left.The staff was not at all cooperative, they said if it is gone it is gone, we cannot do anything. The main reason for booking MTS was because of it's location and complimentary breakfast. We had kids with us, so we have to get breakfast outside even after paying for it at the MTS hotel. it was highly disappointing stay

Everything the only thing they didn’t had the room I was supposed to be in and on top the A/C didn’t work someone from the staff gave us fan at least

Hi, this is Adi Amani. I was at your hotel between July 3rd and July 7th, but we were promised a pool at the hotel, according to the reservation, it didn't say that the pool was under renovation and closed. We were expecting to stay at the hotel if there was a pool.
