I was so disappointed by the king sized room at the 11 Howard that I moved out after one night. Not a single drawer in the room and the mini bar was in the closet so there was no room for any of my clothes! Also their were plastic cups in the bathroom!
The staff was extremely friendly, helpful and accommodating. Second floor work area and bar was lovely.
The rooms are tired, there are so many scuff marks on the walls, the furniture is chipped and the bathrooms have seen better days. Doesn¿t feel like a 5 star hotel experience.

The room that was assigned to me was too tiny.

Extremely loud club noise very disturbing till 5am. No room service, empty minibar.
I enjoyed the design aesthetic and the fact that it was newly remodeled.
The hotel was loud, the rooms were non-functionally small, the staff thought they were doing you a favor every time you engaged with them, the walls allowed a lot of sound through, it seemed more like a glorified hostel than a 5 star.
