Pros +
- rooms were small but had everything we needed.. no complaints here. room was clean, bed was comfortable and cozy
- Location was great for proximity to the Garden. Included breakfast that was open to 11 was also terrific.
- Breakfast, clean rooms, friendly service, comfy beds, location walkable to many attractions
Cons -
- The cleaning solution used for everything was overwhelming. The ability to open the window helped some but the smell was pretty overwhelming. Also, having only 2 elevators for 27 floors of rooms meant long wait times during peak hours.
- When we checked in at the Hotel we were told that our room was not available and that they could not give us a room similar to the room we booked.I had to put 3 people in a very small room. I was told I would receive a credit $400 and then at ckout $200
- Room was extremely small, and bathroom had only one place to hang a towel.
