Staff was amazing
Location is great, staff was friendly and rooms were clean and well cared for.

Reception door could've been locked. On one morning at 6:30am, an addict was lurking in the breakfast area. Didn't feel safe. Hope you can look into security measures.

The location was perfect! Close to Times Square and also close to Bryant park. Convenient to the subway. Right in the middle of a the excitement (it was Halloween) yet incredibly quiet.
This didn’t impact us, but the hotel didn’t have a traditional lobby. The 1st floor is a bar and restaurant - which we frequented multiple times and was very comfortable.

Brilliant and chic boutique hotel where everyone knows your name and the staff is super kind and always helpful. Super convenient location.
The location can not be beat! We chose it upon recommendation from the bar staff (Keith) at Connellys during past visits. I also love the quaintness.
The water for showers was cold...until you messed with it for a long time, then you might get scalding hot...there was never a happy medium achieved.
Great location near Times Square, The Rock, without all the noise. Breakfast was good - $25/day off helped. Room was good except for noisy neighbor. Would be nice to have a fridge and/or microwave in the room. Most of the staff very nice, check-out staff not really into her job
Didn't like the surprise $150 fee upfront - I hope it is refundable - it wasn't described. Lack of fridge/coffee in room
Great staff. food excellent AC worked great. Manager was charming and professional a true asset to the property. The waiter Sebastian , was attentive and very nice Vet easy going making us feel welcome.
It wasn't that i didn't like it but the wall was adjourning a restaurant next door a little noisy at night. The room was compact. I am not sure if that is the norm for a boutique hotel in the city.
It’s really convenient in terms of the location. Super close to time square and all the spots! Foods are awesome, too.
The room space is kind of tight. I wish they can provide self laundry service and get improvements on the sound proof from room to room.
It's a perfect location. We walked everywhere and it's 2 mins to times square but far enough away from the madness. Staff were very helpful and lovely to chat with. The room was a good size. Beds were very comfortable and the bathroom large.
The wardrobes were way too small and we ended up living out of the case for 5 days.
Beautiful, clean and high class. Small hotel but felt like home away from home. Lovely staff and excellent service. Jennifer in the pub was the BEST! Location was as wonderful as you could ask for. Adorable and comfy room.

Quite expensive and the bar closed at 9 each night. Although there was a linked bar next door (we found out later)
