Location and comfortable rooms. The lounge/breakfast area was very pleasant.
The price, but it was a holiday week, and this is NY.

Great location, directly across from Bryant Park. We came to see the Christmas village which was great. We dined in the hotel at Branch. Limited menu but staff was friendly. Room was spacious for NYC hotel and bed was comfortable. There is a water dispenser in the hallway which I thought was very convenient. Usually hotels charge you per water bottle but this service was free.
Elevators were slow. They have espresso machine in the room but I prefer coffee.

Branch is very stylish and comfortable. It's a great place for breakfast and coffee. The location is really excellent.
I thought the rooms were comfortable but not massively stylish. They looked just a little dated.

The view was not as expected because it was facing a brick building next to the hotel. No library view as mentioned

This was our second time staying at Park Terrace Hotel. It did not disappoint. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are modern, well appointed, bed very comfortable. The Branch on the 6th floor was a great place to relax and enjoy a drink on the terrace overlooking Bryant Park and the city. La Pecora Blanca restaurant is attached to the hotel and food/service was excellent The location makes it so easy to navigate the city. Easy walk to great restaurants, Times Square, broadway shows, and shopping and more

Hotel accommodated slightly late check out. Reasonable price for the area. Not a luxury hotel but good value for money. Very nice staff.
Carpets to be updated. One lift not working.
