Pros +
- The staff was awesome. I wish I took down names, but they made our stay feel welcome. Shout out to the front desk for giving us a full bottle of Prosecco on our last day! The location is perfect for fi-di sites. Literally 10 min walk to most sites.
- Tucked away on a corner in the Financial district this hotel offers everything one needs for a trip to NY. Friendly staff, well appointed rooms, awesome free coffee downstairs, cleanliness and a good restaurant
- Staff. Fabulous Room. Large, clean( serviced every day ) Restaurant ( Felice ) was great ( food and service) Location close to subway ( 2 blocks )
Cons -
- Small room for a King bed, nowhere to place suitcases. Slower elevators and AC not great. Doesn't go below 68 degrees and it gets stuffy in the room. Hard to find on GPS for Uber and Lyft due to construction in area. Resort fee was higher than quoted
- I was told I had a city view. All I could see was the next building.
- I booked this hotel for My honeymoon/new year¿s celebration. Alll thanks to they the experience was ruined. They gave me a room with leak on the carpet. Its was very wet and dirty. I had to stay there for 2 nights even after paying ---$ a night.

Staff A plus
I was told I had a city view. All I could see was the next building.
The staff were nice.

The staff was very helpful and pleasant.
Unexpected, unannounced, surprise, charge at the END of my stay, I believe they called it a Room Fee of some sort!
Inexpensive Good location
A few bugs in the room Sheets smelled like marijuana No fitted sheet on the bed
The entire experience was wonderful but the staff definitely stood out, especially staff at the front desk The restaurant Felice located in the hotel is a testament to real Italian food! Thanks again for everything
Masculine, dark textures (wood blinds, leather headboard, etc). Nice hotel bar. Nice, small lobby. Close to subways and restaurants downtown.
They cut down on services; there's no coffee in the rooms, so you have to walk downstairs between 6 and 10am to get coffee in the lobby with everyone else. The room was nice but sparse. Sliding closet doors didn't open well. Surprised at 4.5-star rating.
Big room, nice lobby, smelled good, good and nice staff, good restaurant.
Room size was great! A lot more room compared to other NYC Hotels!
The room was not as ââ¬Å cleanââ¬Â. Next morning waking up I found a sock under the bed that was NOT mine. Was very worried because you would expect during this pandemic ( COVID-19) the room would be 100% clean. Also, no hand sanitizer available at the elev
The lobby
Rooms smelled horrible, rooms were in disrepair with no one available to service them. Has to try 3 rooms and even the third smelled of cheap cologne and the toilet leaked. I have no clue how this hotel can possible get 4 stars....maybe in 1988.
nice rooms, great location
I wish the restaurant opened up before 7:00 AM for breakfast.
Hotel is very European in atmosphere. Lively bar and wonderful breakfast. Fairly quiet for New York.
Quaint comfortable feel. couple of blocks from subway and great food options. the hotel bar/restaurant also offer great mix drinks and food. btw, hotel employee at the front desk is fantastic!
Quiet, comfortable, nice location. Seemed to have an excellent restaurant and ambiance.
Terrible experience at check-in. They did not have the reservation. Then, after showing them the confirmation email, they acknowledged it, and basically ignored me while they tried to figure out what to do. Eventually, I got the room.
Perfect location and a great room and staff!
Only that they didn't give me lotion for the second day.
Swanky, clean, spacious for a NYC hotel.
the staff was wonderful, engaging, informative, knowledgeable
King bed, bathtub, Breakfast and staff
We arrived early at 11am and room was not ready, fair enough, but when we returned at 1pm it still was not available. I realize that check-in time is later but 2 hrs should be enough to clean a room in such a big hotel. They said people checked out late
