- It was perfect for my Daughter's Birthday Trip.
- Nice sized rooms. Way larger than I expected in NYC. Charming decor. Updated.
- Nothing. It was a roach motel and I am still waiting on my refund they said they would give.
Cons -
- My TV did not work. The vending machine in the lobby did not work.
- This hotel scammed me out of money. I was staying on property for 4 nights. I booked an extra room for family on the 3rd night. Upon checkin, they were overbooked and said I would be refunded. Now they refuse, calling it a no show. They lied and stole!
- No coffee on site or in room. The front desk staff seemed confused when trying to work out a change to our reservation.

Nothing. It was a roach motel and I am still waiting on my refund they said they would give.
I showed up at 7 pm and they said my room "was not available due to technical issues." They were going to downgrade my room and refund me. They put me in a new room where the outlets didnt work and the heat did not work. The room was 59 degrees.
