There's no elevator , I'm unable to safely walk up the stairs especially to the 5th floor. The floor rug smells bad

First and foremost I know it said it online but walking up the 4 flights of stairs at the end of the day is flat out unexceptionable - No lamp in the room - The most bizarre bathroom I have ever seen in it's shower/sink toilet setup - And the heater sucked - NEVER AGAIN!!

Clean, renovated, quiet even if is located on a very busy area, no noise in the room.Room was small but cozy.Very confortable bed.

No warm and hot water in the bathroom (sink and shower), broken tv display, broken power plugs in the bathroom, loss of power in the room while plugging the hotel’s hair dryer into one of the functioning power sockets, a window without daylight.Due to those issues, we left this accommodation early (after two of the five booked nights) and booked a new hotel. Unfortunately, the hotel’s management was not cooperative when it comes to a refund. They claim, that since a non-refundable rate has been booked, we aren’t entitled to any sort of compensation. It’s clearly not our fault that this accommodation was not able to meet the minimum of comfort and security. Customer service is a word not known by this management, it seems. (Review will be edited, if a satisfying solution has been found.)

Great location, very comfortable bed. Hot water, good shower. Good air conditioning. Cable tv with many channels.

The bedroom is very small. No chair, no view. No safe place to leave luggage at reception.

I liked the area it is in. Nice staff and room was clean.

The room was very hot that me and my fiancée had to open the window. I wish they provided hand soap because in New York you are always touching everything.

Just a 5 min walk from Times Square very accessible to everything.

Just not an elevator can be annoying if staying on 4th floor but I’m sure with all the exercise you do in New York it won’t matter haha.

Very good location

We never got our own Key. Staff had to walk with us every time. The room is half (or even less) as big as information here. Far from 26m2. We had to pay extra per item for luggage storage. Wifi was not working first day.

I asked for first floor they put us on the 4th my mum is disabled and struggled with stairs they said they could do it and never when we arrived..They said they swap us next day and still never..Tbey should give half the money back

What I liked the most about the room was, without a doubt, the location. It is very central, close to everything and anything else of interest, and just about 200 meters from Times Square. I also appreciated the fact that the room was quite spacious, and the reception staff were very friendly and attentive.

What I didn’t like, without a doubt, was the soundproofing of the rooms. You could hear everything at all hours, mainly during the night. I also didn’t like the fact that there was no elevator to access the room floors. Lastly, there is a $2 fee per bag or piece of luggage you wish to store after checkout.

I liked the location and how cosy to bed was, it was great for what we needed

Great location, decent price and get what you pay for really. The room is clean enough and the bed is comfy also

the room size is tiny, but it is all you need for a quick break where you are out all day sightseeing etc. It is a bit dated and worn and more reminiscent of a hostel rather than a hotel. We also only had 1 keycard between the two rooms for the whole trip which wasn't too much of an issue but not ideal.

When we arrived at the room around 3 PM, it was in a complete mess. It hadn't been cleaned after the previous guests checked out. We had to call housekeeping, and it took about 30 minutes for them to address the situation. In fact, the housekeeping staff was already leaving the hotel when we went down to request cleaning. Additionally, there was a trash can in the lounge overflowing, far beyond its capacity, yet no employees seemed to be addressing it. To make matters worse, employees using the lounge bathroom were leaving the door wide open as if they were in their own homes.

? Location 9 min walk from Times Square. Was able to borrow a plug in heater. Friendly helpful staff. Had a hair dryer (which is better than not having one, even if it was luke warm of cold, no hot setting. If you. Want/need house keeping just needed to ask.

No staff on the desk on arrival. Took me a while to think about going back outside to find the buzzer. No internet and wasn’t fixed in the remaining 4 days (I was there 5). Heating noisy. Room tiny, photos are deceiving. Limited hanging space. Storage of suitcases is under the bed as there is no room anywhere else. No kettle. No where to get hot water for a warm drink. No lift (which I do believe is advertised- I just didn’t pick up on it) I assumed it was a Luxury hotel, it is not… it is a ‘city room’

Fantastic location. Nice clean room. Hair dryer brought up to room when we requested one.

Rooms not very sound insulated. Could hear everything outside of the rooms, talking, footsteps etc.
