Hotel has a good location, close to Fulton subway station. It's about 5 minutes walk. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was small but clean.
Breakfast room was tiny. Every morning was absolutely crowded. Sometimes we couldn't find available table. There wasn't a big selection of food. Unfortunately, the dishes were only paper.

Excellent location - close to touristic points, has a lot of good food options close, has a 10 min walk metro, good supermarkets and farmacies around. The bed was super cozy, room was cleaned everyday, the hotel gave us water bottles everyday, and the breakfast, altough simple, was delicious. Super friendly staff as well.
Still haven’t received my deposit back plus I was charged 27$ in taxes in my check out that I had already paid with Booking - is hard to contact the hotel because they only use the phone line. The room was facing a building wall so we had no views.

Really good hotel. The size of the bedroom for a couple is good. The bathroom is clean and good size. Breakfast really good!!! All the staff excellent!!

Exactly what I needed for my stay in Avignon. Free parking in an easy walking distance. Responsive owner. Everything went smooth. Happy to stay there anytime again.

Comfortable, spacious room and high quality bed and materials. Amazing location right next to Pier 17 and Wall Street. Decent breakfast.
Concrete wall outside my window. Elevators can be slow in the morning. The breakfast area gets cramped quickly.

I loved the location. It was easy to drive in and out of the city to get to. It was by the Brooklyn Bridge and the pier. It was close to food places and not a far walk from the World Trade Complex, The Statue of Liberty, and subway stations. The staff was welcoming and helped validate parking. The parking garage was 2 blocks away and the price and staff at that garage was great! They also updated their breakfast area and they gave it a nautical theme, which is a nice touch because of the hotel being so close to the water. Breakfast was great and they served a different breakfast meat everyday that we were there. They have the best cinnamon muffins too. Very good hotel and very good for the price.
Wish the window opened a little more.
