The Times Square EDITION

Excellent location, comfortable rooms, and excellent service--especially the service provided by th breakfast staff, the bartenders in The Lobby Bar, housekeeping, the concierge, and the front desk staff. An elevated experience overall.

The bar service in The Terrace and Outdoor Gardens restaurant was seriously lacking and a poor reflection on this hotel overall but management was quick to address my concerns and resolve the issue with a satisfactory outcome.

Friendly staff

They charge a $200 a night deposit. I would have given a higher rating if not for this and the car I reserved to take me to the airport was never put in the system so had to find an Uber/lyft at 4am which was not ideal

If you didn't use the breakfast credit you lost it and our flight was delayed 24 hours so we lost $40 for food that we paid in advance

Location and people working at this hotel. Also bed sheets were lovely.

Smell. Absolutely horrible, horrendous and dangerous for everyone?s health smell that being spread around the hotel. It even smells on the street. People that work there for sure get health issues without even realising it.

The rooms were small and one of the outlets did not work.

I don't like being in Times Square. I don't like having to ride one elevator from the street to a tenth-floor lobby, then transfer to a second elevator to get to my room.

The location is good, most of the staff, especially the cleaning staff, are very friendly.

Did not appreciate the surprise $35 destination fee. This should have been communicated prior to booking. The bartenders at the lobby bar were less than friendly. They seem to resent customers.

Room Service is excellent. All is good. The room is pretty small.

Room Size seems smaller than what was mentioned on the website.

All the staff was very helpful and courteous. Hotel was kept clean.

The room I felt was small. First time to NYC so maybe I didn't know what to expect.

Very cool having a room overlooking times square. Great location for exploring.

Bathroom doors are important. Having the vathroom flow in to the bedroom without s defined closed and lockable door is weird. We hated that part of the hotel.

Hotel is exceptionally Clean. Staff is impressive. The bellhop downstairs Johnny and another guy were very helpful.

no 3 person room for me and my two sons. I think not sure it wouldn`t let me bpok for 3 person. I may be wrong.

everyone was friendly. Hotel was clean . Dining area was beautiful and service was excellent .

WE lost internet at 12:30am to check out the next day. The hotel apologized.

Location

For a five star hotel, the room was extremely small and I absolutely hated that the bathroom wasn¿t separate. There was very little privacy and it just didn¿t have the aesthetics of a 5 star hotel.

Everything is neat, comfortable, shining. Plenty of excellent staff.

The room too small

Fantastic five star hotel experience. Hotel staff were extremely helpful and courteous. Room was a smidge small but afforded us what we needed. Bed was the most comfortable bed I've slept on in a hotel and the bed linens were very nice.

Room service was quite overpriced even for New York.

Room was exceptionally small, even by NYC standards. Required two elevators to reach the room, and waits during peak traffic were far too long (one elevator may have been broken). The "view" of Times Square was underwhelming and not worth the upcharge.

Cleanliness, the bathrobes, the view from the balconies(they're awesome).

Blackout blinds were cheap and ineffective. A room facing Times Square should focus specifically on this. The inside was glowing throughout the night making it difficult to sleep + a poorly soundproofed club, which sent consistent bass vibrations until 4a

Very small room with less than private toilet. I particularly dislike mandatory surcharges.

The staff and the overall ambiance of the hotel. Hotel employee was the front desk agent, he was kind, interactive, and efficient at his job. Hotel employee was kind and assisted with cleaning! Also, we never had to fetch our own taxi, the STAFF IS AMAZIN

No, this was the BEST hotel experience to date!
