Everything! The staff was friendly and professional, the bar was very warm and inviting, and the bed was very comfortable!

I was only there on Sunday and Monday and both nights the rooftop bar was closed. The indoor bar was open and very nice.

The staff are invariably friendly and helpful and the rooms and appointments are very comfortable. The room service menu offers great variety and the food is tasty.

Some of the room service items are merely warm when they arrive.

Everything about this hotel was PERFECT! The location, quiet and calm atmosphere, and the complete staff made this one of my most enjoyable trips to NYC. We would definitely stay here again on our next trip.

Location is excellent

1. The pool was closed for 8 weeks. Big dispappointment, I have chosed this hotel for it' sur wonderfull pool! 2. I stayed 6 nights and at least 4 nights were very noisy with the neighbors

The hotel manager was nice.

The hotel is badly in need of a facelift. Rooms are so worn and stained they are sort of sad. You can tell the rooms were once nice but it feels a bit like Grey Gardens. It would be interesting to know the business logic behind letting it slip so far.

There is no ambiance or sitting areas in the lobby. The lobby bar was "closed for the season". The renovations were not comprehensive. Great property and staff.

The amenities are very good (pool, gym), and the turn down service as well. The staff and service is exceptional. Location is very central for someone that wants to walk around. 100/100

This reservation was scam. Siomeone hacked my account and booked rooms in diferent hotels throuth the US for a total ammount of 40.000$. It has already been reported. Stop with these emails.

Impeccably maintained, pool, gym and sauna all outstanding.

Nothing stood out

Clement resturant should be open for dinner. There should be a kettle, tea service and coffee machine in the room.

The staff at the front desk, restaurant and room service were professional enough. The room and bathroom were nice. The Christmas decor was very nice.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your hotel, particularly with the concierge service, which fell far below the standards I expected from a 5-star establishment.Before our arrival, we made a specific request to the concierge to secure a reservation at a restaurant they recommended for New Year’s Eve. We explicitly asked for a dinner reservation where we could stay until after midnight to ring in the New Year. The concierge confirmed that we would be seated at the bar to accommodate this request.However, after dinner at 9:45 PM, the restaurant manager informed us that our reservation did not include staying past midnight and asked us to leave. Despite calling the hotel’s concierge multiple times for assistance, we were misled when the concierge claimed to be in contact with the restaurant manager while we were standing directly in front of him, and the manager denied ever speaking to anyone from the hotel. This left us no choice but to leave the restaurant and spend the remainder of the evening walking in the cold and rain.This situation was especially disappointing given the importance of the occasion. Additionally, we were never offered an apology by the concierge or the hotel, which further compounded our frustration.Furthermore, upon our arrival, we were told by a security guard that we were not allowed to take photos in front of the Christmas decorations in the lobby, which felt unnecessarily restrictive and added to our sense of discomfort.For a hotel of this caliber, I expected impeccable service, attention to detail, and professionalism across all aspects of our stay. Regrettably, our experience did not meet these expectations, and we will be hesitant to return or recommend your services in the future.I hope you will take this feedback seriously and address the areas where your service fell short.

My family and I went to experience Christmas in NYC. The hotel location was perfect, we were able to walk to all of the spots- Radio City music hall, Bryant Park, Central Park, Rockefeller and Times Square. The hotel was lovely. We had a Junior suite that was very clean, updated, beautiful. We ordered room service for breakfast which was great. Would definitely go back and highly recommend!

Service was ramazingDaniela from Guest Relations was amazing and even surprised us as it was our anniversary. Checking in was smooth, with Jameson and Paul at he front desk and they were super helpful.I love the Peninsula chain, and I visit regularly, It was my first time in Peninsula New York, and it has to be one of the best peninsula locations I have been to. The rooms are newly renovated.The service is perfect. The location is amazing.It has to be the best place to stay in New York.My dream is to spend my special birthday there with my girls.Will definitely be back.

The newly decorated rooms now make the New York Peninsula stand out now above the rest , The Pool is a bonus and the food is always Great , Highly Recommended
