    • Location
    • Great location, easy to get to the main attractions. Some parts of the room looked new and updated. Comfy beds.

    Cons -

    • none of the USB PORTS worked at all, some were visibly broken, other didnt have power, DESK PHONE DIDNT WORK AT ALL, the window on 22nd floor OPENED all the way WOW?
    • Terrible experience. I?ve stayed for 2 nights but for the obscene amount I?ve paid it is not worth it AT ALL. Very expensive and 1 star hotel. When I?ve asked about the benefits of being a Hilton honor gold member all they gave me was 2 bottles of water.
    • Bed was not comfortable. Hotel did not provide enough towels/washcloths for number of people staying in the room.

Would be great for the breakfast to offer eggs and meat protein.

Great location, easy to get to the main attractions. Some parts of the room looked new and updated. Comfy beds.

The air con was really noisy and some sound proof windows would have been good to block out the outside noise.

The location was very good - we could walk everywhere and we had the subway at the end of the street. The staff was really, really nice.

The included breakfast fell short on expectations. It had very little options, and if we wanted eggs or ham or cheese, for example, we had to pay an extra that we considered to be very expensive (almost the same as the breakfast itself, per person!). Not to mention that it was a buffet, and at the end they expected a tip, even though everything was prepaid and we were the ones serving ourselves.

    Great location and comfortable bed.

    Elevator traffic.

Good room size, considerate and helpful staff, good location. Room was clean. Overall no major issues. You can drop off your bags before check-in which is a major plus.

Fixtures were a bit dated in the bathroom and in need of some repair. Didn't apply to my trip but the air conditioner was very loud, could see that being a problem for others.

    8RynhardPosted on: 11-18-2025

    Conveniently located and affordable.

Quite noisy at night with street cleaning etc., but then it is NY

    7GaylePosted on: 11-17-2025

It was in a great location, close to the train station and everything we needed. Front desk was ok. They fixed the problem they created in the 1st place in re: to our rooms!

For the price we paid...geesh, we didn't really get much. The hotel was clean but was basic and small. The rooms were tight and the air/heating unit was a bit noisy. We also reserved an ADA room and the shower didn't have a handheld shower head! We made it work for the one night. Won't stay again.

    Location

Staff has poor attitude, cleanliness was poor and we got locked out of our room for one night that. And we also got stuck on the elevator

    Great locationGood breakfastNice shower!

The use of an artificial smelling air freshenerNot inexpensive

    7UnknownPosted on: 11-6-2025

Good location, decent size room for nyc, felt safe, always had security late at night

elevators weren't working the first two days we were there - had to wait 20+ minutes to get it down in the morning was inconvenient and would often just take the 8 levels of stairs as it was faster...

    10PaulPosted on: 11-4-2025

Great location, clean and tidy hotel. Staff were great.

Long wait for lifts sometimes. Only 2 lifts in the hotel, couple of days only 1 was working. We were on 23rd floor so no chance of walking up.

    8EoinPosted on: 11-3-2025

The location only couple subway stops from Times Square and u can travel anywhere in New York steps away from a subway station. The staff were exceptional. When u go out u come back new towels and bed made every day

Windows could be more soundproof but ur in the heart of New York u will get used to the noise

    5JuliaPosted on: 11-1-2025

    good location.

the room was very small and tired looking, no hooks for coats, USB did not work, plaster falling off in bathroom, no fan in bathroom - not what we expected from a hilton hotel! Breakfast was continental buffet but no meats and cheese available and anything cooked as extra - coffee was poor!

    9VictorPosted on: 10-31-2025

Location is good, walking distances to some major spots like times square, central park and some main streets etc. The room is fine and bed as well. and lots of different restaurants close to it to let you have variety of options.

the air conditioner is sooo noisy all the way so long as it's turned on. the bathroom floor is inproporated slanting, water running towards the carpet direction when taking shower and water spattering to the floor. and need to take care with the tower.

    7DavidPosted on: 10-31-2025

    Location

First room offered was poor, broken blind and room a bit aged. Needed a deep clean. Eventually, the hotel moved us into a different room, poor first impression.

    8MariePosted on: 10-30-2025

The location is excellent. the staff very nice. The room perfect for my needs and even had a fridge and microwave.

It is dated but that is not a dislike.

    6ZoltanPosted on: 10-30-2025

Location was great and the staff was really friendly

Breakfast was disappointed, not worth the money. Also the parapet heating was very noise and old
