I would like to find out before the dispute this charge , 10/30 I got a charge $159.07 from the hotel, I do not know what charge for? , sincerely , koji

Good location near grand central

The air conditioning was old and loud and seemed to put a lot of moisture into the room and gave me a headache and sinus pressure by the morning. WiFi took a long time to connect to and had a poor connection the whole time

Location. friendly staff

Only 1 elevator, long wait times. The bathroom shower had half sliding glass, letting water fall on the floor.

Not much.

The room was nothing like the pictures online. The layout was chopped up. It did not have sufficent towels for two people nor water glasses. The staff was indifferent. I would never stay there again.

The location was good. The balcony was convenient.

I booked a room that should have included a kitchen. Studio means something different in NY apparently. Grungy shower floor that crackled when you stood in it and the glass wall gets water on the floor. Lumpy bed. Loud ac/heater. Too hot

Everything. My room was across the street from the main hotel building. No amenities despite a resort fee.Do not recommend and will not return.

The location met my needs. There was a balcony - though it doesn't have a view.

This hotel was NOT a 4 star hotel as advertised. It was 3 star at best. Furniture was old, shaby, paint from walls on chair & on floor. TV would only work on religious channel. Staff not trained.

Location and staff was good.

Elevator didn't work for some days. TV in my room didn't work. They took deposit from my card, but refunded it not completely even though I didn't use minibar or any other facilties of the hotel

The room was similar to a dorm room, with cheap, chipped wood veneer furniture and all; however, the bathroom was lovely! I definitely do not think this hotel deserves a 4 star rating.

The hotel had all of the elements we needed for a 3 night stay in NYC. The building and rooms were clean and the staff was very responsive and helpful. The location couldn't be beat - steps from Koreatown and all the major landmarks around Penn Station.

Given there were three of us, the bedroom area was a little tight - there was plenty of kitchen space which we didn't need.

The location of the hotel is perfectly situated, close to a couple subway and bus stops, allowing quick access to NYC. The included breakfast at the Silo Cafe during week days was fantastic and something my family looked forward to.

Although the decor of the room was very beautiful, housekeeping did very little in cleaning the room (their version is making the bed and replacing towels). Toilet paper and other toiletries were not always restocked and floors weren't swept/vacuumed.

The room descriptions and pictures are very deceiving. We called before booking and made sure we knew what was included with our room. We were told the garden suite has 2 queen beds and a pull out couch with a balcony. It included a queen bed and a couch.

Very friendly and accommodating staff--- all of them without exception.

Someone in another room on my floor (11th) had been smoking weed and there was a strong scent from my arrival to departure... I suspect the walls and carpet will need to be cleaned to remove the door.

Spacious and new room, quiet and clean.

The value of the room. The price was fair for the location and room. I didn't need the kitchen but it was a great bonus to keep drinks cold and the option to reheat or cook.

I wish they provided hand soap for the sink, I ended up using the body wash. Small lobby but who really spends time in the lobby?

Nice sized room for the price. Good value and handy to have a kitchen.

It could have been cleaner. We found peanuts in the crevice between the mattress and the frame. When I tried to use the dishes in the kitchen, they were not very clean and you are not provided with a sponge or soap so you can wash them yourselves.

My husband and I especially enjoyed reading and drinking coffee on the terrace in the morning. The shower was also quite spacious and modern. The room felt like an apartment, very cozy. We loved it! Also, the staff were quite friendly and helpful.

The lobby and the room itself could both use a new coat of paint. Also, it would be nice if they had a locked room to store luggage after or before checking out.

Rooms are clean.Loved hardwood floors vs gross carpet.I'd read reviews about the bathrooms were, and they're correct-it's CLEAN.The staff are EXCELLENT for a great room/grabbing a cab,writing directions, helping w/all.

I'm somewhat a germophobe, so while happy with hardwood floors, the headboards and frame of the bed are made from some type of material (I refused to lean my pillows against). I'd suggest the hotel swap them out eventually with another hard surface.
