Conrad New York Downtown

Very clean. Housekeeping was amazing. Bellhop was great. Very quiet location in Manhattan.

The only problem I had was that they charged me $100 to check in early. In my opinion, if a room is ready, let me check in. How does it cost extra to let me check in to Room that is ready?

The Valet Service was unexpected but we were not told it was $90 Dollars a night times 3 nights for $270!!!

I was told by the front desk that the Valet parking was $90 a night. At the end of the street where the Conrad Hotel is parking was $35 a night.

The cleanliness of the room, location, and the modern style of it.

Access to public transport. It requires a bit of walking through Brookfield Place and the Oculous, which can be tiring after a long day out.

I had many complaints this time visiting the Conrad, they did not have my room ready at check in time, the water system was broken, the the pluming was not working.

The rainforest shower is AWESOME. Second time staying here and a big shout out to hotel employee, always pleasant and professional, he remembered when we last visited in July. Hotel ambiance is excellent.

The hotel submitted a charge on credit card for 992.52 when the room was fully paid for prior to arrival. Understand incidental hold ,charge on the card 4 days after check-out for that amount not acceptable. Hotel should be paying credit card interest.

What is there not to love about the Conrad Hotel? The service, the location, the food. Everything is up to par.

The bathroom was directly connected to the shower and when showering, water went everywhere. Bad design.

Great walking distance (3min.) from the ferry when arriving by boat in downtown area and since it is so close to the Hudson River the streets are pretty quiet.

Unfortunately the rooftop bar is only open seasonal.

The rooms were clean and the staff were very professional and courteous.

Parking was very expensive.

Hotel was very very clean and provided all the amenities you could possibly need. Got there before check in time and was given a room without even asking

Fabulous room, spacious and well furnished and decorated. No fridge, but one was delivered when requested which made it perfect.

Toilet on arrival day was not well-cleaned. Too few front desk staff (only 1!) when lots of people were checking in.

The location of the hotel is perfect for its proximity to multiple tourist attractions. The staff are very friendly and accommodating.

Everything was wonderful and we LOVED our stay at the Conrad Downtown NYC!

There weren¿t sheets for the pullout which we didnt find out till 3am.Should have complimentary coffee in the lobby.
