slow elevators, no microwave in the room

Friendly staff, very clean room, great communication w front desk.

Very friendly staff. Great location -- convenient and not too noisy. Included $29 daily credit for food/drink for our mandatory resort fee.

The in-room heater is way too loud

The front desk staff were very Professional and they made our stay very comfortable.

We were surprised because We didn't expect the Daily $29 fee...still other then that everything was Great.

No light especially for reading. Sink drain was locked and was full of water and not fixed for 2 days-complained for 2 days with sink unusable.

The lobby was clean.

The rooms were dated and disgusting. Bathrooms filled with mold, tiles not cleaned and the counter was cracked. The vanity was peeling and the floor had a massive crack in it. Would not recommend. 3 star hotel at best.

You can clearly hear people talking in the hall and elevator noises, and extra restore fee even you have pre paid in full. I doubt how they can get 4 stars .

The location.

They force you to spend $29 extra dollars while you are there (in their very modest and ugly cafe). The two elevators are not enough for the size of the building and one has to wait several minutes for taking it each time.

Location, staff, room - everything was great

They charge 22 USD as some sort of tax, out of which you get 20 USD back as bar credit/ restaurant credit. That was not fun. 20 USD isnt much, but still feels like intransparency from the hotel's side

The air conditioning was not working and had to wake up multiple times in night due to heat and humidity !

Did not like the fact that I was charged $50 a day for hotel fees as I had also paid $52.68 in hotel fees at the time of booking. There was no complimentary water in the room. There is no $20 credit as indicated, it¿s a charge.

The front desk staff was excellent but the restaurant staff made us think that it was our fault that they had to service us during the holiday. We only had room service one out of 5 days that we stayed their.

Old hotel not a super great location compared to other hotels with the same price. Was charged money for a free $20 credit I had.

The room was fine once we were in, but the location being called Times Square didn¿t really feel like it.

Checkin time was 3. We had two rooms w 7 total women between them and arrived at 3:30 to have some time to change and get ready for early dinner and a Broadway show. Only one room was ready and the staff was not helpful
