The showers are amazing!! Best water pressure/shower head I¿ve ever had in a hotel! The hot water comes immediately in both sink and shower!The staff was very friendly and helpful!! they don¿t clean your room every day, until checkout, which I prefer

I would have preferred cable tv over roku, especially since I wanted to see the news since there was a blizzard occurring while I was there.

Location

20 minute check-in. No cable TV. Entertainment system only designed for Android/Google and instructions disappeared when TV was turned on and not recoverable. Bizarre and unique tab for getting hot water from shower not explained or explainable by staff.

the concierge - a bold young slender men of middle height - is in a scam with the taxi taking people to the airport - he made me wait 15 minutes for his special cab which instead of using the meter To Newark proceeded to ask fro $100 for the trip

Near good food, comfortable, good shower

Room is devoid of amenities, they are available but you must ask for a coffee pot, ask for an iron etc. It is a deliberate decision by management who depend on peoples reluctance to ask for things. There is also a daily mandatory fee !

The breakfast(cereal, hard boiled eggs, rolls, coffee and orange juice) and service was poor. Supposed to be served until 11:30. At 9:30 had to go down to reception to ask for coffee to be refilled. No more rolls available.

We live the friendly staff, clean Room and wonder shower.

We wercharged for 25 dollars each additional to the price and they said it included continental breakfast but the coffe was empty, spoons for cereal were not there and nothing to eat, and for the gym that was clised on Xmas day We stayed 24th 25th

I loved everything about Chambers Hotel! That says a lot coming from me since I typically think hotels are gross. The room was clean and welcoming. Staff was nice and helpful. It was exactly what we needed for a night. I'll be back!

The overnight front desk staff/manager was confrontational and check in was very uncomfortable. The room we were placed in had the door latch locked and was occupied. I do not like the policy of photocopying the guest's credit card.

This was a perfect hotel for my weekend in NYC. The shower was the best shower I've ever used and I have never been in a quieter city hotel room. I looked forward to coming back to the room after walking all over the city each day.

The room was very spacious and had large windows that open up all the way! The bed was SO comfortable, shower was so refreshing with a rain shower head, and the unique design of the room and hotel was really relaxing and luxurious! We will be back!!

Great doorman - very helpful. The rooms are quiet and we'll thought out.

Restaurant music was too loud at breakfast and the service was too slow.

The location was wonderful - steps away from shops and a short walk from central park. Rooms were eclectic and fun and the shower was awesome! The staff was super friendly and assisted in any way they could. The best hotel I've stayed in NYC!

There was construction going on out front - but not hotels fault- and they kept everything running smoothly in spite of. I actually helps in making it easy to get our uber.

The staff was wonderful ! We enjoyed the cafe off the lobby and hotel employee was great !

Cleanliness and comfort

I would recommend this hotel to everyone!!! Great location... super staff...room was spectacular... walking distance to everything NYC! Wow!
