Excellent location close to subway stop, shopping, and restaurants.

Took a little while for hot water for showering.

Good location, nice room.

Unfriendly check in staff and insanely loud construction.

Staff was very helpful. Location was central and easy to get to where I needed to be.

Room and bathroom were on the smaller side, but this is to be expected in the heart of NYC.

Very friendly staff and a great location. The room was comfortable and on the big side for a NYC hotel but it was still tight to walk around and the bathroom was tiny with no shelf space for toiletries except for one small shelf. It was a very good stay.

The bathroom was too tiny and no counter space for two people's toiletries. Not enough electrical plugs for all the screens to be charging at once.

No microwave, coffee maker or business center.

The location

Very small and not very clean. Lots of dust under the bed and dirty windows.

Staff are very friendly and super supportive especially Hotel employee. We allowed to park at the loading spot around 40 mins for having last dinner at NYC.

The shower made a really loud noise intermittently, like some kind of pump noise.

I had a (paid) upgrade room which was awesome in size and style. Talking style: the hotel must have been renovated recently and it looks and feels loved! Staff at the receptionist bent backwards to accommodate my requirements, full marks for them!

Downside: it’s noisy, you participate in the street rattle&hum, there’s an ambulance and/or firetruck every 45seconds. Things calm down a lot at night, though. The windows are very old fashioned and a window refurbishment would solve this issue.

Power and water went out with minimal communication. Bathroom was very small. Jammed up.

Great location, easy to get to and from places. Room was cosy

Wear and tear in places but to be expected in any NYC hotel. No power on our second night which meant lifts were out of action which was no problem if you are on the lower floors but the property has 12 floors so hard to be lugging bags etc up multiple flights of stairs.

I'm giving an 8 but only because the 9 and 10 standards in NYC must be out of this world.This place is everything you'd want from a hotel.Much bigger rooms than anywhere else in NYC. We had the room with sofa bed.Can see the Empire state from our window.Macys round the corner.Coffee shop with pastries by reception in the morning, a bakery and coffee shop over the road 3 Chinese restaurants over the road, 2 Irish bars open till 4am and the BEST Korean restaurant / bar 3 doors down.We didn't go to the Mediterranean restaurant next door but it looked amazing.It's just the best base for everything.Like 20 steps to the subway to everywhere else.

Dirty and cold. We were there in December. The room was very cold and dirty, looking as if someone had spent the night there and the bed had just been made up without changing the sheets. I'm sure of it because when we pulled down the duvet, we found men's underwear. There were peanuts on the floor. There was hair in the sheets and in the bathroom on the floor and bathtub. The didn't work. Overall, the entire hotel was full of dust and dirt. A bad experience I want to forget.

In a quiet location

No amenities in room. Small rooms w no storage space. Bathroom had mold.

The hotel is well located, with easy access to most areas of the city that people normally visit in New York. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Some rooms have a permanent noise from construction or something outside. Housekeeping didn't remove the trash from the room on a daily basis.
