Renaissance New York Times Square Hotel

Housekeeping was on time and cleaned room thoroughly every day. Location of hotel good.

From the ground, needed to take 2 elevators to get to rooms. Also, didn’t like that room windows had to be tinted in order to block views from adjacent office building. Showerhead was unable to change setting for how water sprayed out.

Location right in the middle of Times Square. Perfect.

Door lock did not operate..had to be replaced due to low battery. Needed to go to check in desk 3 times to get it corrected. Outside windows needed cleaning. Bathroom lighting was not 100% operational. Expected more for the price paid.

Too few ice machines and having to go 3 levels to access nearest. Vending machine on same level was broken my entire stay, 5 nights. Told staff twice. Loud customers in hall and in room across from us at 4 am in morning waking us for over an hour.

We truly enjoyed our family spring break trip here. We stayed 6 nights/7 days and was not displeased whatsoever. Our room was cleaned daily. All the staff were amazing, including the bar staff. We loved that it was right on Timesquare

The location is unbeatable. The staff were all great.

Not bad but subpar for the price. No room service. No exhaust in the bathroom so all the windows get foggy. The shower glass is raised and lets a decent amount of water onto the floor. The bathroom sink was slow, draining just fast enough to use it.

The room was big for being NY, and the front desk person was just so efficient and flexible with our requests

The location was perfect for itinerary.

The hours posted for the bar and lounge were incorrect. They were not open during the specified hours. Many people went to the bar only to find it was not open. A lot of business lost.

The location is the BEST! Also the staff at the hotel were amazing going above and beyond for my family on a couple of occasions.

A TINY ISSUE that wont matter to lots of people is even though teabags where provided there was no kettle in the room to make tea, only a coffee machine otherwise it had everything you needed in a great comfortable room, otherwise absolutely no complaints, and staff are extremely helpful.

Excellent location right in the heart of Times Square. Everything is there the theatre district, restaurants and bars. Amazing location and spectacular views of Times Square!

Dated property. Everything reeks old. Under construction so no lounge access. Pathetic valet

Just the location

The elevator service was down. We had to climb up the stairs to get to our room. The room was not the cleanest. Decor was shabby and did not match. The lobby, elevators, hallway were stinking. A serious let down.
