It was walking distance to irving plaza, where we came in town for the night for a concert.

The food needs work and also room service closes to early.

The hotel was perfect in every way! Location, staff, the room, nice bar and restaurant, all amazing!

The staff (specially the staff at night - very friend and super nice) the hotel's location.

The bathroom's shower needs an update.

Our room was not ready when we arrived which was very disappointing considering the rate was over $--. However Anton Haywood acted so professionally and sympathetic to our situation. He really handled the situation and put be at ease. Will be back .

The shower was super cool, but I really appreciated the backlit TV stand. The staff was very friendly and made sure my needs were taken care of. The room design was very cool, and I the light switches being buttons was a nice touch.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. We were greeted each time we passes the desk! The location was perfect for our needs.

There could have been better sound proofing in the bathroom walls; we heard more if our neighbors than necessary. We did find ants on the desk - just three over the course of three days.

The hotel was in a fantastic location - very convenient to everything we wanted to do. The room was small but everything had its place, which made it nice. The staff always said hello and tried to help with every question.

In our room, one particular morning, they had a problem with the lights going on and off at 6 AM, which was not pleasant. They did apologize and say they would look into it.

High pitched singing noise in the room and lots of noise from the hallway. The elevator and voices sounded like they were in the room with me. Also the shower looked a bit moldy.

Location and cleanliness

Room space too small. Space was used so economically that it was hard to get around the king size bed, and there were no flat surfaces for me to put my things down on There were 2 of us in the room. For the high price this room was too cramped.

The rooms were nice. Small, but large by NYC standards. Nicely updated and decorated. Staff was friendly and set up a bottle of wine and cookie plate for my birthday.

The service was VERY slow! On Saturday morning it took over 20 minutes for my car to be retrieved from the vallet service. For $--- I'd expect it to be a lot faster. For a 20 minute wait, next time I'll go to the garage myself and save the surcharge.

Convenient location. Prompt, friendly staff. Decent sized and well appointed rooms.

Modern

Very dark inside and extremely small. You can't tell by the pictures on-line but there is very little room for two people. The room decor is dark and the bathroom was very cold and had an Industrial feel.

Price to park and price of room

I did like when I checked my bags until my departure that they were put in an unsecured area.
