The bed linens are amazing. This is just a comfortable, clean small hotel with a very professional staff.

I don't like the resort fee and would prefer a different approach by the hotel.

The bed linens are clean, crisp, and comfortable. The shower is excellent. The staff is professional, efficient, and friendly.

Bed was so uncomfortable I had back pain for 3 days . No breakfast included.

Woke up at 6AM to some major banging around next door by what I thought to be noisy patrons, maintenance. I wish they had told me about the construction Notifications was lacking and they sent a small box of chocolates to compensate for my lack of sleep.

Helpful staff and the room arranged at the front desk had a view of the Empire State Building.

Super clean. Easy check in, quiet rooms, and great location. For NYC the rooms were large.

I loved the location and the setup of the room. The room was very large by NYC standards. The room was also very clean, except for the rugs.

This room could use some technological updating. USB and USC ports would have enhanced my experience.

We needed a last minute change to our reservation and the staff was very understanding and accommodating. They were able to meet our request without issue.

If I have to choose one thing, it was the shower nozzle. There were two in the shower and the higher one did not work. I did not contact the front desk as it was not a huge bother to my wife and myself.

Nicely designed, excellent staff ¿ and of course the wonderful Japanese toilets!

Some small things can use freshening up after the presumed period of inactivity due to Covid (e.g., the switch between bath and shower is not easy to figure out). But the hotel will surely attend to this all!

Kitano is an old favorite! Exceptional service and attention to detail, combined with superior cleanliness and quality furnishing within walking distance to GCT makes this my favorite NYC hotel!

The hotel was very nice and a great location near Grand Central Station. Our room was in good condition with nothing broken and very clean. The hotel has nice large elevators that were always working and were fast. I was very happy with pur stay

Great location, very comfortable rooms (and nice-sized, especially for NYC). Extremely quiet building.

Still allows smoking in some rooms, so be sure to specify.

Staff was very helpful and answered all our questions about cabs and nearlybywplaces to eat. My husband had a medical incident and they contacted a nurse who called us immediately. We followed her advise and everything turned out for the best.

Their charges for WiFi and $2.00/page charge for copying something.
