- Beautiful and luxurious. This is my second stay here and it was even better than the first time.
- Location, cleanliness, space
- A classic New York hotel, very elegant with an old world feel especially with the traditional decor. It didn?t disappoint, a true New York City experience. Location is also amazing and friendly staff.
Cons -
- The room took a little while to get warm but this was the height of winter. Some of the furniture is a little worn but in a good way. It adds to the charm being in an older luxury hotel. The people who say it needs updating are missing the point.
- Although elegant to look at, the very deep tub was difficult to get in and out of. Anyone on the shorter side or with any mobility issues should be aware
