- My wife and daughters thoroughly loved the towers separate reception area and how lavish the entire hotel was. I expected such for the amount of money it cost for one night $$$$! So, The Lotte New York Palace did not disappoint.
Cons -
- I was a bit disappointed that other than the Pomme Palais for breakfast, there were no other restaurants in the Hotel. I wish one of the lounges to have had a bar or light fare menu.
