Location is excellent. Close to everything yet out of the masses. Great vibe. Super clean. Perfect.
The only thing I didn’t like is that the water to fill the tub never got warm enough. Bummer because tub & bathroom was glorious.

The hotel room was so cozy and comfortable. We had two twin beds that were extremely comfortable. The breakfast down stairs in the attached restaurant Serafina was wonderful. Highly recommend the restaurant for dinner as well. Staff was friendly and helpful. I love that they were able to provide transportation to and from the hotel to Laguardia Airport. That was so helpful to not have to worry about calling for a taxi or Uber. The price for the hotel car was the same as an Uber/Taxi.
I had nothing to dislike about this hotel.

Property has been completely renovated. Hotel is centrally located in midtown Manhattan. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Staff is very friendly and evening live jazz is a great perk!

Location was good in terms of it being in the heart of New York and allowing good connection to other areas/the main sites to see in New York. Good gym facilities. Decent room, very nice staff that was welcoming on the first day, gave me a bottle of wine for my birthday and in general were very accommodating, allowing my parents to extend the check out in their room for an extra hour free of charge. Restaurant for breakfast good, tea good.
My parents had an issue with the toilet not flushing properly on the first day or two. We both had an issue with the soap dispenser next to the sink not really working properly. In the last couple of days of my stay the water didn’t go down properly in my sink. There was an unexpected fire alarm on one of the days. In general while the location being central is good in terms of connection to the city, it is very loud and noisy in that area - I suppose it goes with the lay of the land in central New York but it’s just something to note if and when staying at the hotel.
