Perfect location. Room was very comfortable and thoughtfully designed. Having a mini fridge was great. We used the convenience room for seltzer and coffee every day. On site restaurant was very good and reasonably priced.

My only complaint: no casting to television, apps, or even premium movie channels. Just cable and commercials.

To Small. To overpriced for the quality. Bathroom is so small you can barely move in it. Not organized well.

Great location, very clean, free water (they provide a reusable bottle) and coffee 24/7, spacious room.

This is obviously out of the hotel?s control, but the street construction happening overnight was very loud, making it difficult to sleep.

We loved our stay at Kixby! The staff was so nice and helpful, and we loved our hotel room so much! It was such a great experience + the complimentary beverage station on the second floor was incredible! Will definitely be recommending to our loved ones!

Honest nothing, it was all great!

The location was excellent (right by Empire State Bldg & Penn Station), the room was beautiful and spacious, and the front-desk staff were very kind and helpful!

The elevators are a bit of a pain to use - the key card didn't work for about 50% of my attempts (or for others in the elevator), so we all had to continuously try to get our floor buttons to light up even while the elevator was already going up.

It's in the heart of NYC downtown and everything in Manhattan was within a 20-30 min walk or 10-15 min Uber ride. The hotel lobby and room were both very clean and organized. The bathroom was very roomy and nice with a waterfall shower head.

My only complaint is the size of the room. The luxury queen room was tiny. The bed was basically right next to the door, so we could hear all the noises from the hall (and I am sure they could hear us too). The bathroom was roomy though.

The room was very nice and much more spacious than expected. The view wasn't great but that was to be expected. The bed was quite comfortable. The bathroom was a bit small however the shower itself was quite nice.

Their Bar Lot 15 wasn't open at all during my two-night stay which was very disappointing.

Everything was great, room, location, staff, cleanliness. Would definitely stay again!

The room was beautiful, large large Manhattan standards. It was freshly decorated. Best of all, even though it was near the elevator, it was still blissfully quiet. We saw many other guests but never heard any.

Our room faced an enclosed courtyard, which wouldn't have been so bad if we were on a higher floor, but it still let in plenty of light so no complaints.

Its location is perfect, everything we wanted to do was a 20 minute walk away and if further, being 1 minute from the metro made it perfect. The room was lovely and the fact that you gave a simple breakfast (you do not need anything more) was brilliant.

This was a micro-room, not as pictured. So it was definitely a bit cramped. Because the bed is right next to the door, anytime a door closed in the hallway, the slam was exceptionally loud.

The location was prime. The shower was a nice walk in / modern shower.

The key card for the room didn't work day after day. Had to keep going to the desk to get it re programmed.

Yes, many things. First, the air conditioner in the room was so loud that I could not sleep at all. When i called them the next day, they said it was broken. Second, there was just so much noise coming from outside all the time. the noise just was so much

For a room over $--- a night should be over 100sf. Bathroom was only 25 sf ...Rough for a big man

Excellent Location - friendly helpful staff - comfortable bed - remodeled room - restaurant located next door with roof top bar - our stay was perfect at the hotel.

The only thing I would have wanted was for the big window to be able to be opened up some.
