Pros +

the view along the park and the Hudson
The location and staff
The room was comfortable, location is nice.

Cons -

The room was too small for 2 people and had nowhere to put our luggage. Plus, there was no tv service offered, you had to stream your own.
I wish there had been one grab bar in the shower....slippery!
I did not like the fact that there was a draft coming from window and there was blue tape around it

The room was comfortable, location is nice.

Only 1 of 2 TINY elevators worked. By the look of the sign the elevator has not been serviced in some time. The elevator can hold three to five people without bags, MAXIMUM. I had to walk the stairs after waiting 20 minutes in the morning and at night.
