- The room was not good and the bathroom was filthy. The walls were peeling, dirty, the shower head was filthy and gross. The bed was the worst bed I?ve ever slept on - hard, cheap and uncomfortable; I?ve slept on more comfortable floors.
- Our room was Very Old & NOT the same as you advertised! A/C rusted & temp knob was broken off. Bathtub unstable....We were very uncomfortable and disappointed! They were renovating two floors while we were there. This information was not in your ad!
- Poor overall room condition. Management staff at reception is not friendly at all.
