    Pros +

    • Clean
    • This hotel was NOT AT ALLLLL WHAT THE PICTURES SHOW BE AWARE!!! I left and refused to stay under these conditions!!! I went across the street to stay paid over 380 to stay at last min and priveline refuse to give me my money back
    • Location and staff. Price was a bit lower than other hotels nearby.

    Cons -

    • I did not like at all that I was woken at 0830 am by a jackhammer or rotary hammer directly above or beside my room. I was not warned in advance by the staff. It was horrifyingly scary to be startled awake like that. I want my money back or credit
    • Everything… room was 1412 mold in bathroom. Old air system bad odor and more
    • The pictures were of a renovated floor and room. I think management should add a note to the hotel description that says some rooms and floors have been renovated while others have not. Charge two prices even, the way people know what they’re getting.

    The location

The rooms were awful. Filthy carpet in hallway paint chipping on walls in room. Walls in shower and bathroom had cracks with yellowing grout. Body wash, shampoo and conditioner sitting on the side of the tub. etc…

    4Verified guestPosted on: 8-24-2026

    The location was great

The rooms are not what the photos show. The elevators couldn’t keep up with the amount of people they booked. Taking the stairs from the 11th floor was easier than waiting for the 1 elevator. The paint was peeling off the walls and ceilings.

    Nothing , terrible

All of it. Terrible , hotel under construction, no light or Ac , problem with water and carpet was stained and nasty

    3CharlesPosted on: 8-15-2026

    location

poor breakfast - advertised as a FULL BREAKFAST - one drink, one cuo coffee allowed, everything was packaged $40 a day additional hotel charge per day would not recommend staying here a cheaply remodeled hotel

    2Verified guestPosted on: 8-3-2026

    The location, that's it.

Let's see: I booked 5 premium nights w/ 2 queen beds and was provided a standard room with 1 queen bed. Construction, 2 of 4 elevators were in service causing long lobby delays. Your text service provided no help and conflicted with the info from staff.

    Location

I understand that a hotel in Manhattan will be more expensive, however the fact that this place charged $--- is criminal. It was dirty, old and the walls are paper thin. The rooms are barely big enough for the bed. Only 2 working elevators

    2EinasPosted on: 7-26-2026

    Close to Times Square.

Ac kept on breaking, staff was extremely rude and inpatient, and they didn’t clean our room unless we asked them too.

    6Verified guestPosted on: 7-16-2026

The location was excellent. Staff was nice and helpful.

Rooms and bathroom were rundown and looked very old. With the had a mini fridge

    7GwynnePosted on: 7-12-2026

The location meet our needs for the event we were attending

This is an older hotel. It could certainly withstand renovating.

    1BrittanyPosted on: 6-11-2026

Nothing, the agent was absolutely rude and disgusting, and the rooms were dated and overpriced

Hotel lied about checkout time management was unapologetic, if you call front desk, they never pick up or they hang up on you

    3Verified guestPosted on: 3-29-2026

It's under renovation our room still needs to be done, I expected a better room for the price I paid

    4AntwanPosted on: 2-24-2026

The location was perfect. Everything we needed to do was walking distance.

This was my 3rd or 4th stay, abd I couldn't believe how bad the rooms were. The bed was really hard, and there were no available plugs to charge your phone. Also there were were no wash cloths. The TV never worked. We called n they never came to fix it.

    7ForbezzPosted on: 1-20-2026

    Location

The furniture was rough, and seemed it could all be replaced or upgraded. Chips on corners and edges just seemed like it was due for replacing

    2SamanthaPosted on: 12-14-2025

    NOTHING!!! NOTHING AT ALL!

the noise! the construction! the walls yuck

    1Verified guestPosted on: 11-8-2025

The hotel room was horrible - the worst hotel so have ever stayed at. The sinc was cracked, the tub had mildew. It was absolutely awful. I will never use that hotel chain again. The staff put me in another room that was awful.

It’s the worst hotel I have ever stayed in.

    10BrendaPosted on: 11-6-2025

Location, walking distance to any of the top sites to see in NYC, or easy train/bus/uber

Breakfast is not early enough but all was good.
