Hotel does not answer the phone in advance.

Early check in

No fridge in room for breastmilk. Front desk was helpful in locating a fridge/freezer in kitchen but bell men often seemed peeved to have to walk far to kitchen to bring cooler. Depending on the shift, they’re either happy to assist or rolling eyes.

The room was very clean, staff was exceptiona. I enjoyed my stay there

Not a dislike, more of a suggestion. A few spoons to go along with the espresso and coffee cups in the room. I had espresso, I had sugar but I had nothing to stir with

The room was a suite and the gym was very nice.

The bathroom was very small and had mold on the ceiling. The room was also much smaller than usual for a suite. The hotel restaurant/room service was not good, save a lot of money and go to Dennys.

Room was great, very quiet, staff was friendly, helpful and accommodating, beds super comfortable and the bathroom was beautiful with an amazing shower.

Everything! Staff was great very helpful! As soon as you step into the lobby, there is the most pleasant scent - clean and refreshing (a contrast from the bustling urban outdoors). The room was beautiful and clean. Location - so close to key spots!

Location. Room size, comfort.

Main gripe was that I paid for floors 25 and above and was put on 22nd floor. Did not provide my diamond member perks either.

Location and room were fantastic.

Only construction noise from a project next door.

Perfect location for a weekend sightseeing trip.

The ¿park view¿ is fake. Could only see a big building and a little sliver of the park.

Cleanace and room size

Hotel is renovating so a little inconvenience for us.

The en suite style is definitely great. Also the guest reception and checkout was fast and courteous.

The reservation implied I would have a city view which was not the case on arrival. Being this was my birthday night that was meant to be part of the experience and it was not. This disappointed me.

Great location, surprisingly large room (bedroom plus living room), friendly staff, high quality sheets, oddly nice aroma in the lobby, free ride to Penn Station in hotel vehicle upon departure. This could easily have been a $---$---/night room.

Breakfast was amazing but expensive (~$40/person). Room showed some signs of age, but still very clean and well-kept.

The size of the room was as described period large for New York City

Staff was not very friendly.

The look, the style of the rooms and the price, and location

YES. NO Coffee in the room and it cost 12 dollars to get it in the lobby. Also the door on the shower was coming out of its mount, wasn't an issue for us but being a heavy glass door, we were worried it would come out and shatter the entire door.....

Very spacious Suite with excellent views and decor!

Only complaint was no coffee machine in the room...not huge issue, but would have made things perfect!

A demi-suite that allows me to close the door to my sleeping area -- and keep work, work + personal time personal. Also, the staff from the moment you put your feet on the sidewalk, they are attentive, engaging and willing to help figure out what it take

I wish they had a slightly more intriguing menu.

Large room, perfect for us traveling with our one year old so we could close his space off and keep lights / TV on in the bedroom. Bathroom was large. Staff courteous. Location was great if you want to be close to Central Park, Fifth Avenue, Times Square

Some of the finishes and details in the room were showing their age / use. The shower was very poorly designed such that any water that hit the curb flowed immediately out onto the bathroom floor and flooded it
