Nothing. Under construction, very loud incredibly rude staff.

Arrived at the hotel after a three hour drive and checked in. An hour later I got a call that my uncle had passed. We had to go back home. We went to check out and the hotel refused. No proof. The hotel charged our card over --- for a prepaid stay!

First day no one checked the room unless we asked, next day early morning cleaning was ringing the bell to clean, the same happened next day.

we experienced some maintenance issues which would¿ve not been a deal breaker until we received a call from the hotel accusing us of the damage to their electrical blind system.. which is absolutely absurd.. Trump international should be ashamed..

The hotel room was exceptionally clean. The staff was outstanding.

I paid for a ¿deluxe king¿ room with a kitchen. At first I was given a small room, when I complained this is not what for they gave me a larger room with a kitchenette not a full kitchen . I paid for something I didn¿t get and can¿t understand why.

No meaningful public space. The lobby is a joke. They should have designed an escalator to a hotel lobby on two and the residence entrance on one.

A well thought out room layout (jr suite) and everything clean and working. Very friendly employees. An effortless hotel experience where you can tell they are sweating the details.

it's not a great room lobby hotel and the views aren't city vistas. But if you value functional comfort Trump Int'l is the best value at the higher end of NYC hotels.

Great location, bed was comfortable, TV was nice, clean for age of hotel, sheets and pillows were comfortable.

Very Dated! Poor quality construction. bathroom WAY TOO SMALL. Bedroom HOT, Living Room FREEZING! Asked to fix 3 day in a row...finally changed rooms.I could NOT HAVE BEEN FIRST? Old towels, cracked toilet, dated fixtures. $70 half bottle wine?

Staff were great. Upgraded my room as it was our anniversary. Sent up a congratulations card and a bottle also. Views of central park were fantastic and the location is amazing I would highly recommend.

Wonderful stay! The hotel has a true quiet luxury vibe with a calm and elegant atmosphere. The staff was very kind and professional, and the room was beautiful, comfortable, and well designed. The gym was fantastic, and the location is incredibly convenient. Highly recommended.

The lobby is a bit small, but it does not take away from the overall high-quality and relaxing experience.

the room was great, big suite with a view of central park.we got a third floor -- which meant that we were able to walk up and it was very shabbat-friendly

it was pricey, didn't have much of a lobby.the workout facilities were adequate and the pool was ok.
