The bathtub was dirty the sheets smelled musty and stains on chair bedding no blackout curtains stayed light all night in the room also didnt get the room we paid for

Location, clean, well appointed room

Restaurant/bar does not open until 5 pm

Not clean for price tub was clogged and not one staff member offer any kind of assistance that made us feel comfortable

The bellhops and the concierge were amazing.. also, the restaurant was very good.

I had house cleaning service come in only once due to one of my souvenir bags being thrown out.

I loved the cleanliness, staff was very attentive and welcoming and the location is great.

I truly enjoyed everything!

The front desk staff very helpful. The room was comfortable with nice amenities. Wonderful location.

Only issue was a rude bellman when we left our bags after checking out.

My parents had a relaxing and lovely stay at this hotel! The service was top notch and the staff were responsive and professional. As soon as you picked up the phone, someone was at the door - just amazing! It was quiet & clean as well. Highly recommend!

Staff, room, location were all great. Staff was super nice and helpful. Rooms were big for New York. Value of the food was good too.

The WiFi and TV services were exceptionally slow. It was difficult to even watch live TV.

A little far from theater district…but was able to get a late night reservation on a Saturday night and staff were very helpful and friendly.

The room was clean and comfortable

There was no coffee maker nor mini refrigerator

Staff was amazing - location was quiet yet close to everything! Favorite NYC hotel to date.

No extra blankets kept in the room- but not a huge problem.

Mo and Frankie always did an excellent job at Berk’s Bar, and the food was always great! Lenny the Doorman was always very friendly.
