Location

There were numerous things wrong with the rooms at this hotel. We moved rooms twice, and still, ended up staying in a room that was visibly dirty, very smelly, and things in need of repair. I do not recommend staying at this hotel.

The staff was so professional, we were treated with kindness by everyone. The cleaning crew was wonderful, I wish I could have personally thanked them for keeping our room clean. It was so nice to come back to the beds made up and the trash taken out.

The resort fee was a little confusing as it included a $10 allowance each day, which kind of felt like an extra task.

Hotel room had issues in the bathroom... don't expect that for being a resort. Also why is the resort hotel?.. didn't see any additional resort facilities, but have pay hefty resort fees

THe room we had was a nice size. It had a nice window that let the sun in. It was a clean hotel. The staff was very friendly and very kind. THe location was great. We were very happy with our stay and would stay again.

The room smelled like mildew. We let housekeeping know twice. They sprayed Lysol and that was it. It was quite nasty. There was also a daily facility fee with no amenities offered.

I was given credit for two days of refreshments to be retrieved at breakfast time then, when I tried to get the goods, I was told that I could have only picked them up the first day I checked in at around 4 p.m. I asked for a manager and none were there

Staff member saved the rating as he was so vibrant and provided excellent customer service.

The room was Disgusting. Dirty curtains, walls had splashes from unknown substances as well. Bathroom was the same and the Carpet smelled like it was wet. I asked for a room change which they did however I don' have enough words available to discuss that.

Very friendly staff. Great location in a safe neighborhood with lots of restaurants; having access to a kitchen made our stay even better.

The property could invest in a few upgrades such as more soundproofing, quieter heating units and modern lamps with usb-c ports

Photos showed more updated room, location was near police station so sirens were loud, beds too soft which hurt the back

The location was supreme- easy access to subway lines, walking distance to many attractions, the staff was lovely. Specifically Romeo at the front door- he is a treasure!!

The bathroom had wear and tear on the walls and a moldy odor

It was only a short walk to Rockefeller Center area. All the staff were so happy, and very helpful!

Our toilet handle in the bathroom was broken so if you didnt push on it correctly it wouldnt flush, or it would run. We were on the 8th floor and it still sounded like we were right outside. We barely slept. I am a deep sleeper, and not from a city so the noises from horns, ambulance sirens,and police sirens, were very loud.The fridge was a mini fridge so we couldn't put much in there.

Great Location and very friendly staff.

When I got there, there was a beer lid on the table, a tampon in the trash, one of the glass cups was broken and dirty. It didn't feel very clean. The room was comfortable and we felt really safe there. I just feel like it could have been a little cleaner.

Location is very good for sightseeing. Rooms were comfortable and clean.

No restaurant at the hotel. No room service. Advertised as a 4 star hotel - overrated. Charged a "Hotel Facilities Fee" of $39 per room per night without notice or explanation. Billed for 2 movies not watched.

A little noisy from an exterior air con unit but staff were immediately helpful in moving us up the building

The staff was amazing! Room was clean and comfy, with a great location.

We booked 2 king rooms and we given a king and a room with 1 double bed, which was not what I paid for and was quite awkward for my adult son and his father to share. Another guest was at the desk when we arrived with a similar issue and the explanation from the desk clerk was basically they always over book and can't provide the rooms that are pre-booked from outside sites like this one. We were comped breakfast for the trouble, so that was fine in my opinion.

Hotel in great location and staff nice but apart from that nothing much more positive to say.

Room stank of fried food, broken shower which was not resolved in our 3 night stay and we had to shower in cold water , rooms very grubby and in need of updating , hallways needing hoovered, overall didn’t feel very safe and smelled of weed.
