The convenience of the location
No one told us about simple things when we checked in, such as the breakfast and using the valet. There are hidden fees everywhere.
As is the case, they place a hold on your card equal to a preset amount. The charged me twice, equal to the full room price and when I called to tell them of their mistake, they said they would fix (two different people) They in fact did not!!
