Cleanness.

The elevators are old and not smart at all. Some were even not working. Full but still stopped at every floor instead of leveraging the weight or the level of occupancy and not stop at all floors if not requested from inside. This would make then faster.

The location of the hotel is very convenient. Good breakfast. The staff is very responsive and helpful. Serve hot and cold drinks all day long.

The cleanliness and price were the best part… especially for the location and time. The fact that we visited during the World Cup and still found a truly affordable CLEAN hotel was amazing. Depending on who you encountered, the staff could be welcoming.

Provide either a map OR better directions to the parking garage. It’s like an 8 min. walk, but foot traffic and one-way streets, make a 20 min. drive. Getting lost set me back 40 min. Also, the continental breakfast was cold and bland.

The location was wonderful it’s super convenient to the subway stations, the bus line, as well as food places. I didn’t take the bus system personally I took the subway but it was a wonderful experience!

Upon checking in I had requested my stay extend by one day and the staff did not do that but I was told they did. Caused a small inconvenience as well as being charged twice.

I booked a queen bed and got a double, was too small for 2 tall people. Room size in picture looked bigger, was OK for 2 people, but not 3. When booked, I forgot to added my Hilton #, asked the front desk to add when checking in and they refused.

Clean, comfortable, great location in Times Square. Easy access to subway lines. Can’t beat the free breakfast either. Mini refrigerator was brought to our room by request.

What a great hotel in a prime location! We had the best time sight seeing around the city and the location of this hotel was perfect! The hotel is very clean, the staff was great, and the complimentary breakfast was wonderful, great value for your money!

The room is small, which is expected, I guess, in New York. I booked a 2 queen bed room, but the bed is not queen, but just double or full size

It was newly renovated (2024) so it was clean, the bed was very comfortable, the thermostat worked so the room temp was perfect, the breakfast buffet served every thing and the heart of Times Square was two blocks away.

Coffee/Water 24/7 in lobby. Included breakfast buffet. Friendly staff. Clean facility. Location amazing!

Salespeople in the lobby for Hilton Honors. Approached multiple days. Departure day, a hotel employee offered their black car service for ride to airport for $77. We accepted, and had a female driver. It was the scariest ride I have ever been on in NYC.

Location! Close to theaters, restaurants, and many tourist spots. Coffee & water in lobby 24/7. Breakfast buffet included. Friendly staff.

There were Hilton employees in the lobby several days that start off making small talk with you, then they attempt to get you to sign up for a future discounted hotel stay. This is for other destinations and requires you to attend a sales presentation.
