Clean, decent rooms
I had a terrible experience with the doormen in general. They kept harassing guests to hire the airport car service. In my way out, doorman was extremely rude in managing the luggage. Hotel Chief engineer was also rude in the elevators complaining about guests.

The most incredible hot chocolates every night in the lobby — such a cozy touch after exploring the city! Our room was beautiful and surprisingly spacious for New York, with a super comfy bed that made it hard to get up in the mornings. The staff were INCREDIBLE, especially Andre and Shelley, who went above and beyond to make our stay special. Couldn’t recommend this hotel more highly!
The fold-out mattress on the couch wasn’t great for a five-night stay, though to be fair, we didn’t expect too much from a sofa bed. The only other downside was the nightclubs across the road — the vibe took away slightly from the otherwise luxurious feel of the hotel.

This hotel is wonderful, very friendly staff and nice hotel. Has an excellent restaurant and bar.

The hotel is beautiful and in a great location. Close to tons of food options, landmarks, and transportation. The staff was friendly and professional.
No warm water for showers. For some reason, the hot water didn't work for both sinks and the bath/shower. It was room temp at best which im not used to taking!

Reasonable value for mid October, considering other hotels.
Lobby staff are friendly, but the atmosphere is dark and gloomy. Our same level room last time was about 20% larger.

Staff, wonderful, welcoming and helpful. Staff are the best- front of house were all excellent and concierge Louis was equally good. Great location for first time visitor to NYC. Liked the water and coffee available throughout the day- excellent first thing (coffee) and when returning from a long day out (iced fruit water)- a simple but very nice touch.
